Scheduling and communication with these guys is basically non-existent. It’s my own fault. I hired them years ago, swore them off, then hired them again, and am now swearing them off again. Here’s how their scheduling (as best as I can tell works). They provide an online estimate for you. If you pay it, they consider it scheduled. Once “scheduled” you never hear an estimate for when they are going to arrive. Seriously! ... You only get notified 4 days before they are actually going to arrive. -

While I would give the guys who did the actual work 5 stars, the business side did not feel great. Be careful with the verbal and the actual estimates.
