Caleb was incredibly friendly and made the entire process stress-free. The team is very flexible and always assures you that help is just a phone call away—when I had a question, sure enough, they answered right away. You can see that they truly specialize in rodent extermination and deliver a level of service you simply don't find nowadays. If you have a rodent issue, this is absolutely the company to call, and Caleb is a true gentleman to work with. I’ve have used Pest Arrest/Mice Masters for the last 5 years for regular prevention and spot issues with Gophers. They do a great job and really know what they are doing to deal with any kind of pest. We are in a very wooded area so it’s great to have these pro’s to deal with the unwanted critters.
