These guys are true professionals. I work for an HOA and we have used them several times. They are well priced and do very good work. Our technician, AJ, was excellent. He was very professional and kind. He gave an honest assessment to our pest problems that we had and explained the options and treatment. The price for the service to take care of a yellow jacket nest under our patio slab was very reasonable and was treated same day.

I had mice In The garage and house. I called pet arrest. Tommy came , he was very friendly, took time to explain everything and started the mitigation right then. 24 hours later, they were gone. No mice anymore. Tony came back a couple weeks later to assess. I am beyond pleased and happy with their service. I highly recommend.

Always pleased with the service. They show up one time, take care of business and let you know what they did with either a door hanger or a text message. I love getting the heads up text message that they are coming and the follow up that they are finished. I have three dogs and they love having a yard free of bugs and spider to play. I had Pest Arrest come out for a second year in a row to treat my property for wasps. It worked so well last year, I wanted to get ahead of it this year. Caleb was awesome! He treated all the problem areas and then some. I can't say enough good things about this company, their employees and their wasp treatment. It really works and I'm looking forward to enjoying another summer in my wasp free yard! Customer for life!

Pest Arrest placed bait in my attic to address an issue with mice ($200). After about a week, I was able to see that some of the bait packs had been consumed and I haven’t heard any mice in the ceiling since. I assume it worked, which is great. Unfortunately, the company wasn’t able to help me address entry points into the attic. For that, they recommended that I contact a roofer or another contractor. It would be great if pest arrest could provide some referrals to address the root cause of rodent issues since bait will only help temporarily. For that I rate them 4 stars since I’ll need to continue my search for prevention solutions

While we weren’t able to hire Pest Arrest they were extremely responsive and supportive. They were booked up for a couple weeks and don’t typically service our area. They were willing to work with us and gave us a consultation call, a quote on a potential plan, and some idea to help our situation. Thanks Pest Arrest!

Never got a call back from them and I called 4 times over a 3 week period. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time calling this place just move on to the next company.
