After two other pest companies inspected my home for termites, Frank, with Millenium, was the only one to be thorough enough to discover a second colony. Christina, the office manager, was very helpful, patient, and supportive as we asked questions about prepping our home for tenting and fumigating. Thank you, Frank and Christina!!!

Danny and Jake have a nice service and professional. they did great job.

This business provided a home inspection service for a property we planned to purchase. The fee for inspecting and detailing their notes was about $600. Their inspection notes were pretty good but their repair service was not so great. The cost for pest portion was around $4000 +/- which seemed high for what they did. There was an add'l fee for work that was for material and labor fixes, but I dont remember that total cost. So all totaled they charged a decent penny but we thought repair work was poor quality and it wasnt very fast either. Young man was on site one morning when we were measuring rooms for flooring. I watched him remove about 10 feet of gutter near the kitchen end of house and he never replaced it, yet took it with him when he left. There was a water main issue that needed some correction and it was fixed where it resolved the repair issue but my husband thought it could have been done better for ease of turning off & on. I also smelled funny smoke while the young man worked, which might be why we have these comments about quality of work. All in all, not a terrible experience but surprising, considering all the other 5 star ratings.

Danny completed the Home Inspection. I've purchased quite a few homes in my lifetime and I have never had an inspector with the level of knowledge as Danny! I learned about many things that were good, but also feel equipped to remediate things that require some attention. Thanks Danny! The pest inspection was good but short because there were no issues. Which is great!

Danny Stevens did an excellent job with a thorough home inspection and even went above and beyond to help troubleshoot a thermostat system that wasn't working. He took time to explain each area that had issues and suggested solutions that my clients could look into for resolution. Frank the termite pest inspector also assisted and provided information that was helpful. Christina also did a great job in facilitating appointments and her communication skill is excellent! Overall, the Millennium termite and home inspection team is great to work with, thank you.

Danny is a savant! He knew the in's and outs of everything in my new house, from the amps circuit my AC should have been connected to, to my pool pump, to the sewer lines. He took the time to walk me through all of it and it really helped me be more comfortable with my purchase

Jason Fowler was professional and went above and beyond as our inspector. Christina Gannon should get a major raise for how friendly and professional she is. She was very organized and her positive attitude made me wanting to actually buy more services from them. Millennium - I would hire both of these individuals if I could....take care of them because they are representing your company extremely well.
