The service technician came out and was very professional. He assessed the situation and begun immediately removing the wasp nest.

Travis came out and thoroughly explained the whole process to me. I had a lot of questions and concerns. He was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. This was my first time ever having any type of pest service in my entire life and I was very worried. A++++ Thank you Travis! Scott came out today 8/14 and did a fantastic job. He even provided a video and talked through every thing he did to the house. A++++

Charles did a great job today, I have been unhappy with this service for a long time, until today when Charles came. He explained things to me no one else ever did. When he knocked down wasp nests, he picked them up and put them in the garbage. Others left them for me to pick up. He explained all he did and all I asked for. He made sure my gate was closed, not like another did, leaving it wide open. And I have a pool in the back. From now on I will request Charles as my bug guy. He knows what he’s doing. Thanks Charles

My tech Christopher today, was absolutely amazing. Very respectful and knowledgeable. My cat decided to bring a rat to my yard and Christopher took care of that as well. I’m very pleased with the information of the product Brooks uses during the rainy season as I was concerned about the chemicals being washed away. Thank you, Christopher.

Shoutout to Jacob I appreciate you getting out to the house the next day. Already a huge improvement. Also the sales representative Luke deserves some praise too. I came off pretty abrasive at the start thinking he was the solar sales man that kept showing up at my door. He took it in stride with a smile and explained why he was there. Incredible customer service, I was very impressed and would recommend Brooks to anyone in the Oroville area

I signed up for monthly pest control. I paid $79.00. I had the service. I expected to have another visit in August but was only charged $45.00. No service. I called to complain and then I wanted to cancel. I was told you have to pay a fee for cancellation. $172.00. And If I file dispute there is another fee I would have to pay. They are not honest and treated me as I was no important to the issue. My bank will handle it. This company is very poor on public relations.
