Golden State Inspections were super easy and convenient to work with!! Craig Iden was outstanding! Very prompt for the appointment and extremely detailed and thorough! Craig performed an inspection on our duplex and brought to our attention some findings that were helpful for discovery. I definitely recommend Golden State Inspections and if possible, ask to have Craig as your inspector!

Craig was very good and answered all the buyers questions in a clear way so that my buyer understood. He said he would have the report the next day. He did. First thing in the morning in which I really appreciated because we had tight timelines to get everything done. I highly recommend!!

Shortly after moving into our new construction we found a leak behind our wall causing mold growth and leaks in the roof, so we realized that we could not trust the “in house inspection” our builders did at all. We hired Golden State and our inspector Michael Knapp was fantastic. Personable, honest, and very knowledgeable! Our report was thorough with tons of clear photos, the inspection was efficient and he made us feel so, so much better that there were no other serious issues in the house. After the inspection he took the time to go over everything he found in person before sending over the complete report by email. He even located several cracked tiles on the roof that we had no idea about, even after getting our original leak fixed. Thank you Michael! You made us feel so much more comfortable in our home.
