I’ve been with Hawx for well over a year now and have had a ton of problems. Their scheduling system is terrible. I’ve set up service and then completely left in the dark. No one shows up, no communication at all, no one reaches out to reschedule. And then when I call the next business day, it’s another fiasco with excuses.
