I actually met with the owner! He is polite and genuine, I believe their Admins name is..I know it starts with a S I don’t want to guess it and butcher it. She is very welcoming and sweet! would definitely recommend this place. Job was executed.

This was my first time using ProServe in which at the time I through I was having a rodent problem. The young man who gave me the estimate was on time kind honest and very professional. After the inspection he put me at ease by telling me that there was no evidence of rodents. I'm disappointed because I failed to get his name nevertheless Proserve is lucky to have this young man working in their organization. I will recommend them to my family friends and my church members. Thanks again!

I absolutely love Proserv, they are very easy to reach, great customer service and very professional. I used their service since about 2020. They're very flexible whenever I have to reschedule or if I need a second spray outside or around the house, as this is happened before (i.e. I might have forgotten to leave the back gate unlocked when I'm not home). Great, easy affordable service.

I originally hired them for the rats living in my husband's truck in my driveway! I think they where the only ones willing to help but after they caught one big one in the truck, I was needing to pay into a contract they set baited boxes nothing happened only the slam traps caught another in my garage, then I was going to have to pay for a year contract so I switched for bugs. Am I satisfied? I'm not sure? Bugs don't bug me until they do. I was never into killing bugs before, just let mother nature take care of it's self. I never really see my guy, but know they came by the door knob note. I'm not excited about this service either way. Wished I could be. Not bad nothing to complain about not to brag about except the 2 dead rats! That was last year. This is kinda dumb now. 12/9/22 New Issue started over the summer with an invasion of boxelders it was gross you couldn't walk out the front door without 100's crawling all over. Called Proserv and now it's barely noticeable like only a few left. These bugs go crazy breeding in the summer. It's winter now they are hibernating and are nowhere to be seen. Proserv does a good job for my needs. Not sure what they are doing now that there are no more bugs. Thankful for now!

I need to cancel my service with you. I called and cancelled the service already via a phone call earlier in the month of August.

Charged card without discussing amount, no instructions provided, arrived 20 min before scheduled time window, spent less than 15 min at job site and did not spray one of the areas needed since I was not there. Didn’t call to say they were there early or when they were done. I was trying to save some $$ but ended up getting less than acceptable service. When called to complain about the service Alex the office manager lied and said they had sprayed the side of the house and a particular area in the backyard, backtracking from their original statement saying they only did the house. Not a trustworthy company definitely look elsewhere for your pest control needs. Sure enough a few days after the spray we have an army of ants invading our house, coming from the side of the house they lied about spraying. Yeah sure I could’ve called them to come out again, but I was already so frustrated with them that I want nothing to do with them going forward because it’s just too much of a hassle.

I had this service to come out to spray for Ants, inside and outside twice. July 31, 2021 and August 14, 2021 and I still have problems with ants to this day. I will contact another company. I would like to add the second technician Bryce did a very good job spraying. It must be whatever was used???

After being without a pet service, for a while we decided to hire a pet service, we had roaches. We also have had problems with rats, I have an exotic garden. We considered Proserv, a local franchise. They spent less then 20 miniature the first visit. I contacted them about the roaches in our tub, in fact I took pictures of them=-the bugs, they were supposed eliminate, 3 weeks after the first visit The second time they didn’t come in, left a PROSERVE green door hanger. Then They are wanting me to give a rating for their technician. After setting up a customer port whole.

Even though the outside is sprayed every other month, there continues to be ants. I've had the inside of the house sprayed as well. There was even some bait left near the window sill to keep them away. I'm not sure what else to do.
