I was so devastated when the inspection proved I had bedbugs after a recent vacation. Had it not been for Jordan, I’m sure I would have been institutionalized. He is very professional and prompt. Very clear with his approach and methods. Very understanding, reassuring and patient. He was available every time I had a freak out moment or had “just one more question” even tho he knew there were more questions to come. Other than the post treatment heat at the apt, the apt was completely put back together. He even placed the mattress back for me since it was too heavy for me to do on my own. I highly recommend this company. I hope I never need his services again but at least I know the best company to call. We utilized the canine detection service, to see if we actually had bedbugs, and had a fantastic experience. Jordan was very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and very easy to work with.
