Pest Control Pros were a complete disappointment. They arrived late, were unprofessional, and didn't seem to know what they were doing. The pest issue persisted, and when I contacted them, their customer service was unhelpful and defensive. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable pest control company.

Very unprofessional the representative that I spoke to by the name of Paul was running me over and would not even allow me to ask questions. Apparently they only offer one service for $200. This company does not care about customer experience they have somebody running the phones who is extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm calling the Better Business Bureau as well. Excellent experience I've already hired Pest Control Pros twice! Their technician arrived without hesitation the first time on a Saturday emergency call! Good prices and excellent customer service! He fixed my problem the first time; I simply needed to follow up, and he arrived the next day when I called.

Pest Control Pros are the best! They're kind and have done an excellent job of resolving my problems. We recently had an ant problem, and they were able to come out at the last minute to spray our home.
