After paying $500 to remove the rat infestation from my elderly mother’s house, I would recommend dealing with the rats yourself than ever paying for this service. I've liked working with them. Then, when we didn't need them anymore, the woman on the phone gave me attitude. They still charged me the month after I cancelled our service plan. Three calls later, they have not given us a refund. I wonder if companies think that if they delay, we'll forget they took our money? It's disappointing to feel like a company you've been with for years tries to scam you at the end.
