I had a great experience with Green Day Pest Control! With the warmer weather and street cats around, we started noticing an issue with cockroaches, ants, and spider webs around the house. They came out right away after I called to take care of everything. Our technician was extremely kind, respectful, and took the time to clearly explain the solutions he was using for each problem. Top-notch service—I highly recommend them!

Extremely polite and professional! The massive amount of dead black widows and other bugs after the 1st treatment was insane! Pet safe treatment is just another plus.

Very professional people. The tech comes and does his job and asks you if you have had any unwanted visitors. They will treat the grass, plants around the house and the fence line(if you want) using materials that are non toxic. I recomend Green Day very highly to everyone.

This company is horrible, they are lairs, my service was supposed to be mid month and every month it just kept getting later and later. Some times they didn't show up. When they got here didn't do anything far as webbing sprayed something some have been water because wasps still around, ants still here and spiders still here. Wasn't pest control ever. They was taking funds before time and there is a fee that gets charged every time they charge my card and put it back. I was supposed to be on a month to month when I give them 30 day notice they called wanted to find out why, I wanted to cancel they said sorry, you feel this way. Then texted 30 days later when I am out of state with work saying they are coming the following day. I advised a cancel still let you take payment but I'm done was asked why, again I explained it again. I was advised I'm in contract advised I wasn't and I advised rep. If it was12 month contract I will not sign. He said no this is month to month. Went back and forth just asked to see signed contract and please have owner call. That did not happen but they stole out of my account by taking payment . Then call the next day like I will be there at 3:45pm. I'm like you will not I canceled and I do not want your service your company is horrible and I will provide text.

Customer service is a joke !

Green Day Pest Control started off great, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing and frustrating. DONT BE FOOLED BY AI/BOT 5 star reviews, they are far from it. I had scheduled a service well in advance and clearly requested that both the interior and exterior of my home be sprayed. Despite confirming this, I was told on the appointment day that interior spraying needed a separate booking — something never mentioned before. I also requested the service for a specific month, but they delayed it simply because the next month was approaching, without proper explanation. Communication was inconsistent. I was told I’d receive a confirmation two days prior, which never came. I followed up myself on the day of, only to be informed that my appointment had a 2-hour window — a detail that was never disclosed previously, and contrary to prior punctual appointments. The most disappointing part was the customer service. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, they were more argumentative than cooperative. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, and I can’t recommend them based on how the situation was handled. I’m sharing this honestly and transparently, and I have all the supporting documentation to back up what I’ve stated. Additionally they sprayed my cabinets assuming that the technician was careless and missed the entire area below them. There is about half a foot below the cabinets, which makes no excuse. The pesticide dried up all over my cabinets and I had to clean them due to this mistake. They need to train their staff to understand how to resolve situations and not dispute them alongside being argumentative specifically when communication on their part was done poorly due to assumptions. AT ALL COSTS DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

Green day pest control is a excellent company, friendly, on time and very knowledgeable, I haven't seen a live insect since they serviced our home, thanks Brandon and Seth, from phil and Donna. We had service again today, I can't say enough great things about this company, thanks again.
