I live in a rural area and have had Golden Hills Pest Control bi-monthly service since moving here in 2019. All of the staff have been efficient, polite and professional and the text messages the day before service are super helpful. I have zero negative comments about them. They come out between services as need be without any hesitation. Thank you, Golden Hills!!!

I've been with Golden Hills Pest Control for 14 years for good reason! Also have friends who have been with them even longer. Pest Control companies are like Landscape Maintenance companies. You can either pay for the typical "Mow, Blow & Go" OR, you can pay for what now is quite "Rare". Great Service, Reliability, Consistency, Employees with good positive attitudes, AND GREAT RESULTS!! These are the reasons and quality that really matter. Golden Hills has been in business for many years with GOOD REASON! THANKS to PATRICK who always shows great attention to our needs; provides excellent service and is just an all around great guy!

I can not say enough positive things about this company. They really do ensure you are bugs free. Super responsive and very knowledgeable. I find weird looking bugs and they always calm my nerves letting me know type of bug and what they are here for... and also send someone out immediately. Please use them for all your bug needs

I recently needed a pest inspection for rodents as part of a home inspection and found Golden Hills Pest Control online. I was able to schedule an appointment easily, and when the technician, Will, arrived, he was early and got started right away. Will was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain his findings, showed us pictures, and provided clear recommendations on how to address the issue. His expertise and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and informative.

Just got yelled at by employee Warren for complaining that my house still had cockroaches after 5 months of service from Golden Hills Pest. He made useless accusations about my property, which weren't true. After hanging up on him he continued to call continuing his rant. Even worse is the fact that I've been paying them for months, and he didn't even know on record what type of roaches they were spraying for. Warren was unprofessional in his tone, his loud accusations which were overheard by several people. Myself, I'm a 67 year old disabled Veteran which feels this company took me for a ride once I gave them my bank information. Please do not do business with this company. They lack professionalism, manners, business ethics, and above decent behavior toward it's customers. Senior Citizens would do well to stay away from this business!

Shame on this company I will never use them again Very poor quality work, Not only that but they were not able to kill the ants on my house I had them for 2 months and they still charge me to cancel the contract, they came like 7 times and they were not able to get ready of the ants We wasted a lot of food and this guys didn't even apologize I went to home depot and bought me the gel injection they sell their and guess what they are gone with $7 I was able to get ready of them maybe I was just lucky but it really work So I will highly recommend to use What home depot has 1st if you cannot get ready of them then find a company ,but I will not recommend these guys ever
