David arrived on time. We discussed my problems with ants and spiders, as well as rats last year. He thoroughly checked the exterior of my house, as well as the interior of the garage. He also checked the bait boxes. He was thorough, efficient, friendly and professional.

Will is simply the best! He’s always smiling, incredibly knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to work with. We absolutely love having Will as our tech!

Terribly unprofessional and unreliable. No call no show the day of a bed bug treatment and rescheduled it for a whole week after, even after waiting 2 weeks for the appointment. This company is sketchy, i would recommend finding someone else. The owner wouldnt answer my calls only texts, THE OWNER! I was astonished by their unprofessionalism

They sprayed three times for bed bugs unsuccessfully. Next was heat treatment costing over $1,100. Much preparation by the homeowner goes into preparing for heat treatment (see photos) & they cancelled on the DAY OF treatment!! I was left STRANDED with an uninhabitable apartment.

They treat my apartment complex for cockroaches, which never go away and I always see more after they come.

Very disappointed with this service. Contacted to get rid of rodents. After 2 months of weekly house visits, they had only removed 2. After 2 days of setting my own traps, I have removed 5. Technician who I will not name would call to see if he could come by early or later than the set appointment time. The appointment time is set for a reason, because that is what works best for my schedule, not yours. Also, sitting in your truck for 10-15 minutes every time after arriving late is not very professional. Have not had any visits from this company for over a month after the technician said he would be back in a week to check the traps. I haven't even bothered contacting them because it's been a waste of time.

Worst pest control company in Sacramento. From the beginning they were a headache. When I first set up services, the were uninformative and had attitude. I ignored my gut and decided to set up the service for a family member that has a disability. They were a no show with no call or notice on what happened. I called them to figure out what happened and they gave me excuses with no accountability for their lack of communication and continued their careless attitude. Dont use these scammers they just want your money and waste your time. Now I have to find a different pest control company which is a pain because the roach problem is bad. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
