Very disappointed with the inspection service. I paid extra for infrared inspection as well as the whole home inspection and I was told of a few minor problems, however, after moving into the home the A/C broke down twice in the first week! The refrigerator is severely leaking, the oven is not working, the range hood fan wobbles and smokes, and the overhead lights flicker! I did not realize that the inspector was giving a visual opinion and not investigative inspecting, he even used a drone to check my roof, a child could do that, what a waste of money!

Mark Gresham falsified documents and refused to refund me. Beware!! I wanted a mold inspection for my home. The website indicates that the mold inspection includes multiple labs. I was only given the air quality test. When I asked for the additional labs he refused, although his website offers numerous mold labs that are included in the price. I went to my bank for a refund and he falsified emails to show that I only asked for a mold air quality test. Nothing in my email said I only wanted an air test. I asked for a mold inspection. Mark told me that a mold surface test, which is what I wanted, would be extra. He told me this after he only did the air test. The website does not say that a surface test is extra. Horrible business, lied to my bank, and falsified emails with things I didn’t say.

818 Inspections was very courteous and responsive. I called for an inspection on a Tuesday and they were able to schedule me on a Friday. Jerica was on time and very detailed. She answered all my questions and had many pictures to back them up! The pricing for 818 is also very fair and im happy they were able to help so fast!

She's has no clue what she's doing.!! Very inexperienced.
