Preventive Pest Control

Ruben came to my house for an inspection for mice. Said I needed 3 holes covered. One hole that was covered had spray foam coming off every time I open my dishwasher. I decided to check the hole he covered under my sink. I look up a foot from where he covered the whole and there is a large gap. Why would you recommend covering a hole with a 3 inch gap above it. Also none of the work stopped the mice. Charged me 150 for three useless holes. Went to Home Depot bought spray foam for 12 bucks and co

Tech was friendly and asked if there were any problem areas I wanted to focus on. Offered any baits as a supplement (I declined at this time because I still have some). Generally positive and no complaints. Only recommendation would be just to let me know before leaving what ended up being done (sometimes the plan to do X doesn’t work because of Y or whatever. Just confirm everything was as expected or oh I found a huge colony here or whatever). I didn’t see the tech go in the backyard because I

I didn’t want to leave a negative review but I’m disappointed for 2 reasons. First being the rep didn’t address my specific concern. Second being that rep simply left when he couldn’t access side/rear of home, where my concern was located. Rep should have made the effort to get the easily obtainable info to gain necessary access. Instead he gave up which to me, is just lazy. The rep was not my normal guy, for the record.
