Orkin sent a technician to lay traps in my attic, but he was clearly untrained and unaware that walking all over the attic was unsafe. I have been on a bi-monthly service for many years with this company. This past week I had a massive ant infestation inside my home which hadn’t happened since having this service. I contacted ORKIN for an emergency service only to find out that they were in fact two weeks behind on my bi-monthly service AND they were unable to accommodate an emergency service request leaving me with an infestation that I had to manage on my own for three days until they could get to my home. Although the technician was very kind when they finally showed up earlier this week. Had to get my brother to dispose of a dead rat. Technician baited traps set more traps. Rats are getting in garage somehow. Trap caught another rat three days later they're still a dead rat in my garage. All I keep hearing is ma'am we don't work 24/7. Orkin promises they'll be on your doorstep if you have a problem. It's clear to me at this point but that's not true. I've made several phone calls. Made several a
