The bugs were not gone at all terrible job absolutely would not call them back service technician had an attitude a bad attitude he would not help me at all his name being Raphael on a scale of 1 to 5. - -1 bug problem not solved was not useful and did not help me and he did it with an attitude all attitude if you would like to follow up please notify me Elaine Harris and yes I would like to speak with somebody who is at Newport exterminators September 19th 10:00 a.m. and yes I will be calling in the office today!!!! Third time out nothing but attitude each time!!!!!

terrible service, 10 days after initial appointment for a quote and reaching out to them 7 days after inspection still no quote. other companies give you quotes on initial appointment. dont waste your valuable time with this outfit.

I only added an extra star because this company was willing to work with our apartment complex on a day they don’t usually come. We were given a time estimate for arrival between 9-4. That’s a LARGE gap of time when I have 3 children and a dog that I need to get out of the home. We had Jeff and he had to be the most unfriendly, disgruntled individual I have come across in awhile. Once we leave this apartment complex we will most def NOT be utilizing this company’s service.

As my Google contributor badge shows, I don't post reviews superficially. So here's a well thought review from a long time customer under annual contract: I have been a client for over 10 years, yet the rude admin people there call you for a supposedly unpaid bill from 2 years ago, where they never replied to multiple problems reported in writing. As for operations, they tented my house 2 years ago. They were late, didn't honor schedule, and most importantly damaged walls, roof, back yard. When I complained, they never cared to even return calls, they never replied to multiple emails. Not to mention their never ending so-called IT problems, last time I dealt with them. Avoid this company. They were probably properly managed many years ago and built a reputation, but in the past 4 years, they have been a disaster to deal with. I have already taken my business elsewhere and you should too.

Mr. Jeff Harmon of Newport Exterminating inspected and published a report that no termites existed during the inspection. I entered the property 8 days later and saw droppings in the garage. I called another termite inspection and found that there are termites in the attic, garage walls and front of the garage. I put an offer on this home partially based on no termites. I now have to have the home tented! I am no expert, but termite droppings are evident and easy. I am very disappointed and recommend to all - buyer beware with Newport Exterminating.

He came and did not inspect the house only in one corner and said the wood for that corner only needs to be changed. Termites don't fly to the 2nd floor! They come from the ground. This is not our first experience with termite control inspection. We needed a complete inspection and he was rushing and rejecting my request to check rest of the house. Very unprofessional.

Do not know what customer service is!!!! The first time they came in time,Did not come with all the equipment to complete the job , he said he will have to come back the day after, no one came and no one called to let me know! they Let me wait until the evening and nobody came! The day after I called them and they said they really sorry that the technician was sick, I asked why they did not call to let me know and they said the technician haven't told them that he should go back the day after, the secretary said she was very "sorry" and the technician will arrive today (Thursday ) 5 pm and she just hung up on me. Guess what? No one has showed up and no one called. Recommended continue to browse and look for another company! Shame on you newport exterminating ! Btw the guy name was Jimmy.
