When I look for a new service, I usually do a lot of research. With Moxie, I was caught off guard because a salesman knocked on my door to give his sales pitch and showed me a wasp nest hanging under my roof. Like someone else mentioned here, he kept emphasizing that so and so a few doors down and so and so a few doors across also use their service. Serviced my home without consent or approval. They had a tech come right before we had a huge gardening and tree trimming service that negated all of their “work”. Refused to take any ownership and is demanding I pay a $189 to get out of my contract when I told them I wanted to cancel bc they breached my property without permission. Which is actually illegal! Warning to anyone that they will come to your home without your consent or approval and even when you don’t answer your door will perform

Moxie "serviced" my home last week and left the place damaged with wasp nests still on the property. My gate is bent, the nightlight is crooked, they got to some of the wasp nests in the front but just left them on the ground, and they basically didn't even touch the backyard since there are still wasp nests. They have us in a contract and if I knew this was the type of service they provided I would have never signed. Check their Yelp reviews, it's all 1-2 stars. Either these Google reviews ar
