As a real estate agent, I rely on vendors I can trust, and Accurate Termite delivers every time. They are professional, responsive, and thorough. Reports are clear, timely, and easy for clients to understand, which helps keep transactions moving smoothly. I highly recommend Accurate Termite to homeowners and fellow agents.

I had a pest inspection and repair work done by Accurate. The bill for the repairs was $5,500 and was paid. When I returned home, I noticed that some of the paid for work was not complete. This was a month ago. Ever since I've been trying to contact the company. They are another one of those companies that has grown and automated everything and mostly doesn't answer the phone. Finally, I was able to speak to the field tech that did the work and he insisted that the work was done, which is dead wrong. I'm still trying to the work done and they still don't answer the phone. Stay away from these guys.

Beware. We hired this company to inspect and treat a 376 home community and could not have received a worse quality of work. We were invoices for over $75k of work that was not completed at all or was not completed correctly. I would suggest staying away from this vendor. We had to do multiple property walks with this vendor where they admitted to not having touched the work before invoicing it, claimed the job site manager did not perform his quality inspections as was required and generally had no answers that were reasonable. The work they did do was of such poor quality we are now having to have the work re-done. Please save yourself time and avoid this vendor as they value revenue over quality. We requested documented picture of any follow-up work when they vehemently refused, likely because they know they bill you for work that wasn’t done or that they short change you on.

We have had such a great experience with our fumigation with Accurate Termite. Specifically, Lawrence Giangola and Toby Spencer are amazing. The communication is very detailed, and they are very responsive. I would highly recommend them for any pest services. Thank you!

Edit: office manager reached out. I appreciate the acknowledgement and accepting feedback. I'll consider your business next year because i already went with another company. The operator was very blunt and unfriendly, borderline rude. I didn't receive any email confirmation or call. She said Scott would come out. I waited and they didn't show up at the scheduled time 8-10 am. Showed up at 1240 pm when I'm not home. The operator sounded like they don't need my business. Very disappointed.

They damaged our furniture with the products they placed on top of our wood furniture, and when we brought it up, they were not good about customer service afterwards. They may get your termites gone, but watch out, bc they won't fix damage they cause.

INACCURATE should be their company name! They were contracted by our HOA in Murrieta to do a wood replacement project. They submitted an invoice on my home for $1,52.49, that was auto-payed to them, basically stolen from me, for work THEY DID NOT DO at my home. In addition, the workers they sent did quality work, but left a nasty mess for ME to clean up, which included over two-dozen rusty nails left behind, dust everywhere, basically everything that fell to the ground from their work was left for me to clean up. I filed a complaint, and then the mysterious invoice that someone made up. Hmmmmm. Coincidence? Super sloppy, unprofessional and illegal!

Do NOT USE THEM! They arrived for termite inspection because I was selling my house. They recommended my outside door to my electrical panel be replaced when there was some rust at the bottom from sprinklers getting it wet. They put $1,400 on the invoice for replacing a metal door! And buyer wants a credit. Rust on the bottom of a door has nothing to do with termites! Thanks for the costing me an extra $1,400, when a metal door has no termite issues! Just because you guys can replace doors doesn't mean you have to put this on the invoice! I will use ANYONE else but them.

My husband and I saw 2 employees drinking beers during their shift hours thats a big hazard. When they left community, they were on the influence.I was speechless how they could drink and drive. We called the office, and they did not care. They careless that employee still work here, like nothing happened ,he shouldof been Fired. We had a friend who got killed by a drunk driver. And seen this is so awful 😖. We got his license number 93766N2 expires on October 2024.. I'll describe him one more time he has tons of tattoos, and he has his long hair to the neck. If you guys don't do anything, I will be reporting this to OSHA. 1. I called the office, nothing 2. I left a review and hope they do something about it, or I will be calling to OSHA

I can update our rating when our issues are resolved, but for now I will say we have not had a good experience with Accurate. They did the fumigation of our property in Oxnard, CA in Nov 2023 and replaced some rotted pergola beams soon after, but we came away from the contracted work with a cracked window in the first floor (tried to be chill and let that one go since they’re 20+ year old windows - signed off on work) and 4 broken roof cement roof tiles—a consecutive linear crack spanning probably 36” on previously unbroken tiles, unlike the other 3 random broken tiles that were photographed and notated on our home inspection report and are distinguishable from the ones in question by the fact that the previous owner of the home attempted to repair them—which has resulted in thousands of dollars of roof and ceiling damage following a few days of heavy rain just weeks after they completed the job / we moved in. Thus far they have denied responsibility for everything and made impressively insightful claims about how it couldn’t possibly be their fault nor have caused the damage it has with near zero investigation of the matter.

This post is far from over due as it would have possibly helped save others from the same loss: I am president of an HOA and accurate was referred to us by our management company. Our HOA at the time was hurting on HOA funds and Accurate knew that. They did a termite inspection of the entire buildings and recommended a termite spot treatment for $6,500 later to be told that it wouldn't solve our termite problem--only tenting would. I asked why that was not mentioned prior to collecting the $6,500 and the sales guy (who i won't mention) was blatantly honest and said they really don't make money on tenting; they make more money on service treatments as with tenting (which i'm finding out through comments as well - that they sub-out tenting work) you don't use their services for at least 2-3 years if not more afterwards. I then asked if they would credit us toward the tenting and it was a hard no. I have been talking to several other termite companies (who have 5-stars btw) and they all said that was a shady thing to do. They also charge us for rodent and insect treatment quarterly and no one has ever showed up but the billing sure does still. Please be aware and do your homework. To your response to my review: Your "blatant honesty" fooled all 5 of us board members as well as our property manager. Coming into this, you guys knew we had a severe wood rot issue and termite infestation and even more importantly our HOA was hurting on funds and you guys still took advantage. Had your representative been "blatantly honest" and told us tenting was the only thing that was going to resolve our issue, we would have saved until we could tent and still been a customer of yours, But instead, we backtracked with the $6,500 you charged that did absolutely NOTHING. It took a year for this review until I recieved quotes from other termite companies and guess what!?! They were the one's who were honest! They were the one's that explained to us what we actually needed and could not believe how your company handled this. And even now, with these smart-like responses. No one is looking for a discount, just informing others to stay away.

Provider response

Our representatives are always blatantly honest. So are our proposals and documents.

Our bids never imply that annual termite control treatments of HOAs required by Civil Code 4780 (a) will yield full-structure eradication. If perhaps you misunderstood the expected outcome of annual maintenance versus fumigation, it is not because we represented otherwise. As you mentioned, our reps are blatantly honest about the difference, and we are always happy to be hired for either.

Remember that a majority makes hiring decisions in an HOA of board members assisted by a professional property manager and not just one person. A misunderstanding or unrealistic expectations from one board member is not a fair representation of the actual events and outcome.

For context, this review was posted one year after we rendered services. The services included a full HOA inspection, local drywood termite treatments, and multiple complimentary inspections and re-treats as new termite problems arose for the warranty period's entire duration. As promised at the outset, we produced detailed reports of our findings to recommend a timeline for fumigation to your HOA. As you know, good fiduciary duty mandates that due diligence be done first by way of inspection before someone recommends putting all of your residents through the fumigation process.

We are glad that we could be of service and keep termites under control for 12 months and that our reports were sufficient to let you seek our apples-to-apples bidding for fumigation. We are delighted that, as you mentioned, our reps were blatantly honest and were able to assist you in meeting your maintenance and fiduciary needs for your HOA.

So sorry that you felt we should have given an additional discount, our pricing is always fair and guaranteed to be the best value. It's why the majority of your board of directors voted to hire us in the first place! We hope you reconsider your decision to go with a less experienced fumigation contractor who may not know the nuances, liabilities, and requirements of fumigating an HOA, but nevertheless, wish you well.
