Im the site manager at an apartment complex out in Coalinga, and I use VALLEY WIDE for my pest control needs because they are reliable. They help keep my property pest free. Technician Anthony does an excellent job at my house. He comes out once a month for the regular service. Anthony is always professional, polite and performs the monthly service exactly as I have requested.

So, Nathan, you "challenge" anybody who gives you a less than stellar review? Challenge away as I don't respond this particular email address. I got moved over when Weymouth sold their client list to you. I had Weymouth for a couple of decades and was sad when they retired. The one time I forgot to unlock the gate they were calling concerned for me as I had never done that before. However, I was pleased to initially have the same technician but things soon fell apart. I would never get notified when your company was coming out and two technicians tried to straighten this out. Then you all ghosted me. I should not have to chase you all around to provide me with a service I was paying you to deliver.

Good afternoon Linda. My name is Christina with VALLEY WIDE PEST CONTROL and I am sorry for This inconvenience you have. Xavier your previous technician has left the company due to medical reasons for his family last year. In reviewing your account I see that only the January service was missed and per the technician. He called the number on file and stated that the individual made the comment that they do not have Pest Control service with us. So we froze the account so that property address did not acquire any necessary charges. We have attempted to call you at approximately 145 and went straight to voicemail and when we attempted to leave a voicemail, it stated your mailbox was full. Please call our office at 559-285-8181 as we would like to take care of this issue that you may have and get you back on service And rectify any grievances you may have.
I asked them not to go into two of the bedrooms. The doors were closed. I came home. They were both a jarred. I repeat it twice. Do not spray in those two bedrooms. You did not spray, but the doors were my wife dialysis supplied in there

To whom it may concern<br><br>This was left by a tenant of an apartment complex. It was not a legitimate complaint. If there was an issue, we were available for a phone call. If we were asked not to spray a certain area, we do not. The manager of any apartment complex we service can attest to this. I challenge this person to reach out to our office so that we can settle it if it’s a legitimate complaint. I've Used Valley wide pest 🪳 🦟 control for about 4 years. They WERE GREAT . Only this year their service was so bad I paid them three times to come once for the same problem.!!! There what ants outside around my baby 11-month-old and 3 year old I have a blind sister that's 78 they didn't even care I told him please come and spray again they're coming back they never did before they did not hear me out so I'm warning a lot of you especially seniors they take advantage of us how could anyone do that to seniors and children I can't understand that the lady try to charge me more and more how evil can anybody be that want just money money may God give Valley pest control. Make one mistake and calling them over and over for the same problem they don't care they'll just leave it as that and collect the money paid them more &400 ...!! I feel so sad that I have to go through this and my family they're quitting them too we are are from the valley God bless everyone Nope I checked it's Your company Valley wide Pest Control 😞

Had this company for 1 year in hanford. The initial 1st visit the kid asked if he can come back and do dewebbing. I said ok. He never did it. Our bug problem never seemed to vet under control or better. Spiders and ants seemed to be a problem. Several months had passed during winter and I stopped getting bills on my door. I finally called valley pest control and they said I had an outstanding bill. I told them I wasn't sure anyone is even coming by. No bill was left showing someone came. And the spider and ant situation kept being an issue. We installed security cameras and it was not until then I noticed the bug guy never came. He would text he was going to be by but never showed. I only realized this once we installed cameras. When he didn't show I texted him you never came by. He would respond oh I got sick. I'll be there tomorrow. That just makes me wonder how often did he really come by to spray. Then another time a text he will be by and never came. After several reschedules I stop service. I called to tell valley pest control. The woman Leticia working did not care. She just said ok and told be my bill was do and when will I be paying. After expressing all this information she did not care. I told her those moths I recieved no bill and still payed was probably cause he never came. No matter and no proof here is your bill. I spray myself now. And wow no bug problem. Spiders and ants gone. Save money and the headache do it yourself.

Terrible communication and awful service. I switched from another company and explained exactly what services I was needing. $150 to start and the technician did not even spray indoors because he did not know he was supposed to. Came out the next month for $40 and only sprayed the exterior again. The office staff did not even apologize when I called to cancel my service. Not professional, at all. Stay far away.

Did not complete the inspection Saying they could not get under floor access because insulation was over crawl hole And would not remove But is required by code and than ended up with a bill saying they did.

Your wife said, “the last guy didn’t need to go under the home” and then our termite inspector was asked to leave. Been with them for 3 years and they turned our account over to collections for a missing payment and stopped our service. I have never missed a payment and they show no missing payments. They also said it is not actual collections? The letter also states they tried their best to reach us when they did not reach out a single time. None of it makes sense and they were not willing to look into it so they lost a customer. So strange.

Your credit was never impacted and would not of went any further unless pursued by us. Never again will we go with them we seen no difference they said give it two weeks for our bug problem to go away we did and nothing the bugs were still very much active and moving and plus on top of that one of there guys broke our drawer and the guy nathan i spoke to said it was my fault i have the bug problem and i ask for a refund of what i payed and he said he will only give me 25$ out of the 150$ i payed and on top of that they didnt bother to call me to set up another appointment for a spray i had to call them i was better off going with clark pest control .
