We love this company. They call, text and leave email before coming out. Even on Saturdays.
I would not recommend this company. If you try to cancel the service they will make it very difficult.

We have always loved Kellogg! Apparently they were bought out by Clark pest control who failed to inform us that they had acquired Kellogg. A Clark person showed up unannounced to which I inquired about who they were and what they were doing here. I asked for verification of who he was and to have the company contact me before entering property. No such call was reciprocated so I contacted Kellogg via phone, to which the number now goes to Clark. The customer service rep informed me the had acquired Kellogg and we could either deny service or create an account with Clarke. In fact that they had been receiving complaints about techs just showing up but were waiting for our phone call to initiate service. Bad customer service from Clark and we are now shopping for a new company to service. Thanks for all the years Kellogg! We really appreciate your techs and service and will miss you!

Turner serviced my home and was great. I received notifications ahead of time, which were followed up with a phone call. He communicated important information, was on time, friendly, professional, non-intrusive (per my request of a sleeping baby), and efficient. Thank you, Turner.

Chris has been servicing our home for about six months now and we really appreciate all he does. He’s always prompt and does an excellent job and always does it with a great smile.
They are very professional in and out and take care of anything I’ve had issues with. The bugs hate these guys.
Did not receive service. We are scheduled for Saturday service and they arrived on a Thursday and said since no one is available to open the back gate just call to reschedule. Yet we were charged $80 for the “service”.
He is knowledgeable and courteous. Explain that we had to leave after spraying and the reason for it.
Ted came to service my home and he was awesome. He gave me a courtesy call to inform me he was on his way. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.
Jason B was fantastic. Greeted with a smile. Asked if we had any targeted areas he wants on to focus on during his visit. Asked we have seen any activity and said he would put more focus on those pests seen. Outstanding Service!!!

The worker knocked on the door once and I didn't open it and he came through the side door into the backyard and then tried attacking my dog for no reason. My dog was in her cage not doing anything to the worker that made him want to attack my dog. I told him We do not have services with you guys and He said “you should have opened the door and told me that’s not my fault. When I had gotten a text from them before hand that their worker is on the way and I texted back saying I do not have services with you guys and the service was cancelled 3 weeks ago. The worker was extremely rude. Do not recommend. There are way better pest control services in 559 who will not treat people like this. It’s extremely inappropriate for a worker to act like that.
Absolutely never again would I have service with this company or ever recommend this company to anyone, try canceling the service. How convenient for them that the email to cancel my service is invalid that they provided.Horrible business and why the hell would I mail in my notice to cancel service!! Write down on the piece of paper for the technician so he can cancel my service.I work everyday I don’t have time to hold this companies hand while I need to cancel services.Verbal notice over the phone is plenty of reason to cancel service!! If I could post no stars I would.
Kellogg pest control is one company I will never have service my house again let alone recommend. They forced me to have an added service date when my contract was up and would not cancel my account until I allowed them to service my home. I repeatedly told them I wasn’t interested and they continued to schedule a service I never want after I already completed my contract obligation. They showed at my door did a quick spray and basically stole money from my account for service I denied over and over.
My 75 year old mother called to cancel her pest control services back in December. The person who answered stated that they will do one more service and cancel. Today, 3 months later, they stated the only way to cancel was via email. My mother asked why this was not stated back in December, and the person was rude and said read your contract. I am putting this on here so no one else goes through this. As a senior citizen with a fixed income who had to cancel because she could not longer afford it, I feel they completely took advantage of her. I would not recommend this company.
You have to submit a written letter thirty days prior to cancel your contract. I tried to cancel and they refused to take no for an answer. Told me to submit my cancellation in writing or via email through web portal but there's no place to do that. They make it extremely difficult to cancel. They put me down as a larger home than what it have so they could charge me more. I still have to pay 80 bucks despite telling them to not come out. Buyer beware with this place and read everything. They like to go door to door and rely on catching you off guard and rushing you through to sign up for their contract. Don't fall for it.
Would leave 0 stars if I could. Nothing but lies and problems with this company from the first sign up. Extremely Unprofessional. Was told all I have to do was call and cancel and now they are tying to make me pay for a service when the house was out of my name because it wasn’t a written notice. Managers and office workers are extremely rude and lie to you. Don’t hold the tech accountable for what they tell you. Laugh at you when you’re expressing your concerns. Have been reaching out for over 5 months trying to get an owner to help me with this matter and they never call me. Leave it to a small family business to screw over veterans. Disgraceful.
I wouldn't recommend this company. I first went with them because they are supposedly family owned. I am disappointed that i couldn't stick with them. The communication within the company is completely off. They once sent a super creepy technician who tried to sell me a ponsi scheme. I kindly requested to never get that same technician. There's always a different technician sent. I always had to send a message/call for them to do service inside the house. I finally cancelled now that my contract is over. The price is fair, but I would rather pay more money for efficiency and safety.
Been trying to cancel because I had someone come out when I said I wanted to cancel and my gate was closed and the worker just decided to enter without my permission in now they want me to pay $400 to cancel & after all this he had the nerve to text me after work hours,about the appointment I already knew about,I asked for a new person in I was told he was the only one for my area so I have no choice but to break my contract& as you can see my gate only locks one way & he entered from the other side lifting my gate up to come inside
I hired this service as I had rats in our attic. Since the exterminator had to go up into our attic each visit, they had to enter our home. Each month they came they were getting dirty stains all on the ceiling access and the stains could not come off. Then, suddenly we went a couple of months and never saw a service agent at all. Finally I called and cancelled my service. I spoke to them on the phone this morning and they told me it had to be in writing. I didn’t remember until after I hung up that I had posted the cancellation in writing although when I went into reviews I noticed it conveniently didn’t show up in their review section. One evidence that proves they got the notice is that I haven’t seen or heard from them for several months until today when they left a notice that they would be here and so I called to remind them the service had been cancelled. It wasn’t until after I hung up that I recall a written notice was sent. Proof of that is that I haven’t heard from them for months and had not received a bill in months until today when they left a voice mail that they would be here today. Let’s see if this review stays on their review page or disappears like the last one.
We used Kellogg Pest control for over a year. At first they were very attentive and accommodating. Unfortunately they stopped letting us know when they arrived and would only put a piece of paper with our statement at the door. I am a stay at home Mom so I’m here all day, we have big dogs in our backyard as well and I have not seen a technician for months. They do send a text message with your appointment date/time which I did appreciate. We found another company to come and spray for us and there were sooooo many critters dying off. I’ve never seen that happen after Kellogg sprays though. I was honest with Joe about the technician not taking care of our house or knocking on our door so we could talk about the specific needs we had. Since I haven’t seen the technician in so long we haven’t been able to get the inside of our house sprayed. Joe didn’t seem interested in keeping us as customers. He still let me know they need a 30day written notice to stop services and we will still be charged for our next service. I let him know that was fine but I didn’t want them to come spray my house at all, I would rather just pay them out and not receive a service. I guess if we’ve been paying them for this long for nothing we might as well pay another service for nothing in order to be done with them. Joe let me know he’s “never had a problem like that with that particular technician before”. And made it seem like I was lying. Why would I have to find a new pest control company if our pests were being taken care of??? There’s better pest control companies out there that are respectful, honest and whose owners actually take responsibility for their services and business. This isn’t one of them.
