I hate this company with a passion, I absolutely do not recommend them. From the beginning like a lot of other people we were literally lied to about the contract, should of been a year from what the guy said and when I looked and said it says 18 months. He said that's a mistake and he'll send me an updated one. I cannot say enough bad things about Brooks Pest Control. 1. Their services are ineffective. We were constantly having to call people back out to address the same issues over and over again (which would take a week each time we called), and they'd tell us that the previous tech hadn't done this or that which they were doing now. Worst place ever they lie about their services to get you to sign up then once your with them your in a contract so your stuck for a couple of services or pay a fee.
