This company is amazing. I have never felt more cared about by a pest company in my life. They were so happy to come out and take care of everything, and they went above and beyond. Best experience I’v had regarding pest control. I recently returned home from vacation to countless yellow jackets / wasps swarming my front porch area (roof) and backyard. I called several companies over the weekend for quotes and expedited service, but they all tried to up sale and pressure me into purchasing additional services and would’ve charged an extra $200 for the expedited service. (The soonest appointment would’ve been the following week). I then contacted Paul with Total Pest Control and he was extremely friendly, straight forward, and honest. I sent him photographs of my yellow jacket situation and he offered to take of it for an extremely great price! Also, he offered same day or next day service (after hours) for no extra cost! Louis came out and educated me on yellow jackets, did a thorough inspection of my home, pinpointed where the problems were and why it was happening, took care of the problem, sprayed my entire house (including backyard sheds and patio overhang), and provided preventative measures. This is an amazing family owned company that went above and beyond for me. They are experts in yellow jackets / wasps removal and very down to earth people. I will be contacting Total Pest Control for all my pest control needs moving forward.

Total Pest control is reasonable, they do a Great job, they come out in a Timely manner and do a Great Job spraying for Ants, Spiders, Cockroaches, and they use a Spray that is Pet Friendly so that is great because we have 3 dogs. Awesome service and i Highly recommend this company!!

When I bought my house 5 years ago it was a kingdom of spiders. When Paul showed up he jokingly said, "well, it's time for kingdom come!" We both had a good laugh--well the spiders didn't because it was their judgement day. Anyways, he's been my pest guy since 10 out of 10!

I spoke with Paul last week and had a great conversation as a potential new customer. He was kind, knowledgeable and very understanding; however, I have since tried getting in contact with Total Pest Control and have received no responses. I've called 4 times and texted twice. I'm bummed, I was really looking forward to utilizing their service, it seems excellent!

We recently switched to Total Pest and have been so happy with our services. Louis is super friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about solving the problem, not just checking a box. He remembers any issues from previous visits and follows up on specific concerns without me even asking. Communication is great as well, he’s always willing to provide guidance via text when questions come up. Highly recommend!

Great services, but when somebody is asking you to not be touching your stuff because you have diagnosed OCD don't respond with 'We all have a little OCD' that's like saying we all have a little cancer or we're all a little asthma. Be better than that sir. Respect goes a long way.

I am very satisfied with my service from Total Pest Control. Louis is both professional and courteous. There have been no roaches or their nymphs, no wolf spiders or any other arachnids, no ants, earwigs, carpet beetles, fleas, ticks, or any other insect pests. I have no complaints and only wish that I had hired them sooner. Thank you for doing a thorough and efficient job every time.

I’ve been using their service for almost 3 months with no results I just keep seeing bugs and now I started being charged for services I’m not getting and they don’t respond or anything it’s unfortunate because I thought they were better than that.
