Our family has used San Joaquin Pest Control over the years and the have consistently provided the best service. Highly recommend them for any exterminator needs and general upkeep from pests.

We have been with San Joaquin Pest Control for four years now. Damion is our regular faithful guy and when he’s not available the service is no where close to his acute attention to detail. Damion answers your questions, is polite, thorough and professional. He goes above and beyond for his customers and always has a smile on his face despite the harder work conditions in the summer heat of Fresno. We appreciate having him as our pest person and would be lost without him. The support staff at the end of the phone are not always the friendliest and often haven’t co ducted themselves in a professional manner. If my rating was based purely on that I would have to give a 3, however given the exceptional work Damion gives us I rate him five stars

Damien comes and sprays our house every month. No problems with bugs thanks to his hard work. He calls ahead so we know to put up the dogs. If we have questions or concerns, he addresses them quickly. Highly recommend this pest control company! Definitely support a local company that truly cares for their customers. Request Damien if you can! The level of detail and service is hard to beat.

I wanted to update my review since we've been with SJPC for over 7 years at this point. The set technician for our route is Damien, and he is absolutely phenomenal. He is communicative and always listens to our concerns. He gets back to us quickly with any questions. Seriously, this guy gives the best customer service! My husband even accidentally let our dogs out while he was servicing our backyard one time. Damien was stuck, and our dogs were confused. Luckily, he navigated his way out, and everything was fine. During Covid, I worked from home, and he would always ask if it was a good day to come spray because he didn't want to interrupt my work. I still highly recommend SJPC if you're looking for reliable and knowledgeable pest control! Original review from 5 years ago: They have been treating my house as a preventative for many years. We have really enjoyed working with San Joaquin Pest Control over the past few months. Their communication the day before is wonderful. Our pest guy, Nate is helpful and nice. He always addresses any bug concerns that we have. We are very happy with their services.

I had an appointment for a technician to come to my house and check for termites. Upon his arrival, I opened the door and, in a friendly manner, greeted him and requested that he wear a mask before coming inside. He refused because in his words "it's over," "I'm an antimasker," and, as he rudely said to me, "You look silly with that thing on." We had a back and forth about the current strain, and whether it is serious. Finally, I said, "Okay. Well, I'm going to go ahead and take my business elsewhere. I hope you have a good day." To which he replied "Oh, I will. Better than you!" I knew people who died because of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. I also have plans to visit family members who are in high risk groups and will do what I can to protect them. Your technician is free to have his opinions in private, he is reasonably free to say and do what he wants in public. What he is not free to do, though, is to be rude or hostile to me in my own home. Your company is allowed to have any expectations of your customers that you find reasonable- hopefully, people will respect those expectations. I am equally free to have any expectations I find reasonable for someone entering my home. I have taken my business to Orkin, which is too bad because your office personnel seem lovely. Regards.

Had them for years and they never would show up when they said they would. The customer service when calling the office was very un professional and they didn’t value you as a customer

This guy pulled up to my neighbor's house as I was working in the front yard and started spraying the neighbor's fence. I heard my dogs barking at him through the fence, and I could smell the pesticide from the sidewalk. He was spraying it right in their faces through the fence. When I confronted him, he acted innocent like I wasn't already watching him do it. He showed zero concern and felt no need to warn me to shield my dogs in the house while he sprayed.

All my patio furniture was covered with pesticides. Lazy work, could have moved out the furniture and left it out for home occupants to move back. This is the second time company has serviced the home first time no mess, this time it was a total disaster.

I do not recommend this place, unfortunately. We had them do work at one of our properties. They inspected and treated house. When we needed final report for our real estate transactions, they came again, did another inspection, added additional things to the original inspection and when I asked why? Their inspector named Eddie, "you want a report, do the damn work." From there, he started using vulgar and unprofessional language. Very disappointing. I called the office, the lady wasn't friendly about my complain when I told her. I had to get someone else to help me get this completed. When I mentioned it to our Real Estate guy, he told me he had a similar situations and he will stop using them.. My suggestion, to stay away from San Joaquin Pest Control.

This company are crooks!

After 3 years of service.I have had enough. It sucks that the company doesn't go out of it's way to keep clients. But if you are looking for someone to be dependable in keeping bugs away, keeping a promised appointment and calling ahead To give you a heads up that they are on their way after waiting almost 2 hours even after you pre paid in full. DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR SERVICE HAS ONLY WORSEN OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS, AND IT CONTINUES .

These guys have some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They fired the guy that was on our route which did a really good job I guess he was leaving chemicals for the customers to do their own maintenance. So they hired a new service man and he just quit coming without notice because he was overwhelmed after two months we called and that was the answer they gave us. So we got back on the route and there is still cobwebs all around the house. I don't believe this company cares they're not passionate about service
