Sad to see Tamarack go to Orkin because ever since Orkin took over Tamarack the customer service has been horrible. I am still waiting for a call from the area manager almost a month later. I had to call the office for my scheduled visit and now they are sending someone to spray again less than 2 weeks later, maybe on September 2nd they sprayed water.....technicians have been awesome but management is incompetent.

My parents have been a very long time client of tamarack pest control. Discovered a pest problem in one of the rooms and asked for an evaluation. It's very late notice, and on a holiday weekend, so I understand that I may not be able to get anyone until next week. However, upon asking for any suggestions as to how to contain the pest problem until they were able to come out, the lady on the phone was not helpful at all and would not even give me any suggestions I could do in the mean time. She was very reluctant to be on the phone and did not bother to transfer me to someone who may be able to help. It was clear she was just waiting to get off for the 3 day weekend. After many years of being a client, I thought that they might care more about their customers. Apparently not.

Discovered bedbugs before move in,Johnathan came and did the inspection and confirmed there indeed was bedbugs,Lance and some other guy came and did the treatment and broke some cupbords,i called the next day upon discovery,Lance acknowledged the damage and that is apparently the end of it?? 2 weeks later and I've called numerous times and NO response,now I have to pay another pest control to come and verify bedbugs are gone,before I move My children in the house!! Terrible!!

Very bad service. Apointments were missed constantly. One of the worst pest control companies ive had. Couldnt wait for contract to be over. Lots of Spiders! Didnt de-web. Black widows where still there and well alive after they showed up. Said they did work which camera proved didnt. Worst service possible. Had to complain every single time. Dont waist your Time and money.

I started with Spider Guy and since Tamarack took over, I have had no problems. Our technician, Mario, always calls me the day before to ask if I've seen anything inside or out. We have been with them for over 2+ years and have no intention of canceling service.

Trouble company cannot get their billing right. Did not remove the roaches. Hired another company and roaches are gone. Do not waste your money.

If I could give a ZERO I most definitely would. I live at a complex where unfortunately this pest control sprays our units. Upon move in, there were roaches sighted in every room, especially the kitchen. I was even afraid to go to bed because there was one on the side of my bed earlier that day. I have children, and I want to have a clean roach free home, where I do not have to worry about cooking and roaches coming out. The first week I moved in, they "sprayed". The second week, they supposedly baited (never seen anywhere that was baited besides my own bait I laid out). The third week, I prepped. Took everything out of the pantry, cabinets, bathrooms and moved all beds, etc away from the walls so they can spray the rooms. I have an alarm system, so it let's me know when the doors were open and closed. I left at 9:25am, which is should have waited till they came so I can speak to them about the issue, since they keep saying they do not sight any roaches, yet I leave piles I sweep up on purpose so they can see how many we kill in ONE damn day. I'm 7 and a half months pregnant, I busted my ass prepping the whole house for them to come in at 11:14am and LEAVE AT 11:17am!!!! You're telling me it takes 3 damn minutes to heavy spray the whole damn apartment that is well close to 1000sq ft? Shitty job. It didn't smell like chemicals at all when I got home at 2. So since the company does such a shitty job and doesn't care about doing a good job to help people out, I'm paying Valley Wide Pest Control to come out and do their job, since I know damn well they'll take care of business

The Spider Guy was great!!! Never had a bug come into the house except termites and that was taken care of by another company. With the Spider Guy there might have been a few Black Widows, but that was outside in the junk my dad had. Then Tamarack Pest Control took over and for a year a technician named Nathan (my mom called him Matthew) sprayed his job well every month. Then two months ago they hired a new kid and he sprayed horribly. I watch him spray and he didn't lay a spray line. He just twinkled here and there. Soon my 88 year old mom and I began to see earwigs, cockroach's, some kind of looking June Bugs and some bug (not bed bugs, because I checked for that) that bit the hell out of me and when I captured him, my juice he sucked out if me came out when I squeshed him. In bed (not bed bugs), the backyard and garage we are being bit!!!! Never did we have this problem. My mom canceled her account with Tamarack.
