Javier Beltran, our "Pest Control Guy" for DELK has been servicing our home for a few years. He is very thorough, yet quick at getting our yard and the house on the outside sprayed on a monthly basis. He is friendly and trustworthy, so you don't have to worry about your yard being damaged in any way or your gates not being closed when he's finished. There is always clear, communication, transparent pricing, and it makes me feel confident and informed throughout the process. The best part is that he is great with my dogs. Treats them like family. Tech was supposed to call in advance of appointment, failed to do so. Had to call office to schedule appointment was told a general price employee that showed up tried to double cost of service per month after office was informed of exactly how many buildings were on site to service. This is considered to be a bait and switch. felt like employee was only there to empty my wallet. not a good feeling from a new vendor.
