Conquest Pest Control has been doing out pest control for many years. They are professional and know what they are doing. Its a pleasure doing business with them.

I was told that because neighboring apt had bugs my apt needed to be inspected. Mgr showed up w 2 gentlemen no identifying anything. I asked him to repeat info and he told me to get it from my mgr. And she gave me his nickname Pepper. He was supposedly looking for bedbugs. I was given zero info on how to prepare for inspection. He went in my bdrm and looked under bedside table w flashlight and told my mgr no bugs. But didnt look at my bed or anything else. Then informed me he could "smell" if I had bugs. Went in livingroom looked at couch and then recliner and again told mgr she has nothing. And again repeated how he could smell if I had bugs. That was May. By law I was to receive report prior explaining why inspection was needed and then report 2 business days after inspection detailing what they didnt or did find. Ive received nothing to date. Besides having nothing to show who he worked for including on vehicle and unprofessional handling of inspection felt like some weird excuse to come in my apt. BTW he never even asked to see my daughters room. Inspection seemed completely bogus. Pepper was nice, but come on with a professional pest inspection consisting of "I can smell if you have bugs." I'm sure the pest control authority for Calif would love to hear the technical part of that technique. *****regarding response from management. How would you do that without the name of complex or property management company? Or are you aware already of this odd situation? Why were you already aware? By the way, still never received any documentation regarding the inspection. Thank you for following up. I appreciate that. ************ Im seriously questioning your business practices considering Ive NEVER RECEIVED WHAT IS DUE BY LAW after your so called inspection. Im filing a complaint with the licensing authority. Seems your company has an arrangement with the apt mgr as opposed to an actual contract. I wouldnt want to use a comoany thats willing to participate in things like that.

They do a great job but are not reliable. Never returned my call for a monthly spray.

Mike is always dependable and very friendly. Ever since we hired Conquest a few years ago, we have never had anymore issues. We used a previous company, when they would spray, The answered come out in drowns. When I called to complain they said that the spray disrupts them before it kills them. Ever since we hired conquest we have no issue whatsoever. 👍👍

I see some great reviews here so it's a shame that one of their drivers earned their company a one star this morning. His actions don't seem indicative of the company but his behavior on the road this morning was very dangerous and selfish. You'd think that if you're driving a company vehicle that you would show some restraint an not drive over 90 MPH so others can't pass, so dangerous.

Had a huge ant problem inside and out pepper came out the next day after a phone call and in a matter of days after the spraying the ants were gone completely. Going on 6 months of service now and I've probably seen 3 ants in my home I would recommend conquests to anyone top notch service!

Conquest pest control is the best price service, by far. They are highly professional and respectful. I get my front and back yard sprayed once a month. I love how they text me to let me know when they coming out to spray. I highly recommend them. They have great customer service.

The folks at Conquest Pest Control are amazing!! Even came out to my house to collect a dead rodent while my husband was away and not able to do this dirty work. They go above and beyond in their customer service. Thank you Mike!!!

*edit* It has now been 2 months since our initial appointment and subsequent review. Since then I have called multiple times to get the monthly appointments set. Every time I have spoken with Pepper, the owner, and every time he has assured me someone would be available and come by to follow up and spray. Usually he states he's driving so for me to text my name and address and a good time. This has occurred weekly for 2 months. I'm done. I wanted to support local small business, but if they can't be bothered to come by, I can't be bothered to care. Amazing experience! As a first time home buyer I knew I needed a pest company, and wanted local, but knew nothing else. Pepper walked me through everything, gave me tips, and was friendly and professional.

We had a reoccurring problem with ants that a few other pest control businesses just couldn’t get rid of. I contacted mike with Conquest Pest Control and had him spray and still after a week the ants came back. He told me to contact him right away if they returned, so I did. He came back right away and did a extensive search and located several large colonies away from our home and took care of them. That was several years ago and I’m happy to say that we are still ant free and bug free. Excellent service!

I called Conquest Pest Control about roaches and they were here the next day to do the service, I haven't had a roach since then. I have been using this company ever since & I have been very happy with there services. The prices are very reasonable, they are very reliable, and I would recommend them to my family, friend, and anyone who needs pest control services.

Been using Conquest for 10 years +. Found them dependable and timely. Thorough. When asked questions about unknown critters or bugs leaving their "signs" they took care of it - no more "signs".
