Technician listen to my concerns and treated my property appropriately.

I have been using Home Team Pest Defense for many years. I recently had my 3 month insect spray around my home. The technician is always on time. He asked me what concerns I had and he was able to address those issues. I am very pleased with this company and I would rate them FIVE stars.

Nick at Hometeam does a good job and always communicates with us when servicing our home. If we ask him for anything specific he grants it if he is able or makes a recommendation or gives us advice on how to solve a particular problem.

This company services my grandmother‘s house. They send a text message, Then another text message, and then another text message, and then they knock on the door. My grandmother does not answer the door, OK? Then they will call, and then ring the doorbell and knock again, and then another phone call. This is ridiculous. Please stop. Just do the service and leave.Calling the home phone and leaving a message is all she needs. This is close to harassment and I will cancel her service if this continues. She doesn’t need all this stress.
