Trademark Pest Control

Had a great experience with Trademark. Sal was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a rat, mosquito, and flea issue outside and they were all addressed in one visit and we noticed a huge difference after one treatment. Thanks again!

When they first came my husband said he was impressed with them. I, myself, didn’t get to talk to them much because my husband wantied me to get the kids out of house so they could do a thorough job and spray everywhere and the kids wouldn’t be breathing any of it in. First thing I noticed when I got home was all the spiders still in the garage. My husband said because he didn’t mention the garage. So apparently if you don’t tell them about it then they won’t do it. I don’t understand how you’re supposed to rid yourself from all pest in the home if you don’t take care of all the home. So the next time they came I had stayed and tried to talk to them. First thing they did was told me to go in the room and give them 15 minutes so I said ok. Then the girl called me out to talk to me but she didn’t seem interested in anything I had to say. She just wanted to put their trap down and go. And whatever spray they did do that day seemed very minimal to me. They weren’t even here 15 minutes... maybe half that time? My husband told me later that day that she was supposed to set up the next appointment with me because we didn’t like they showed up randomly that day. I have 5 kids and I can’t do random like that. But again, they seemed like they wanted to be in and out so the appointment was never set up. My husband has already called them 5 times and still nothing. First call... they said they would get back to us and we waited about 5 days but nothing. And now he’s getting just voicemails. We signed a year long contract so I hope this relationship gets better. If not then we’re out of a couple hundred of dollars. We just bought this house and were never warned of all its problems. I feel jipped in so many ways Update: So after my review I guess they finally had time and called us back. First appointment that was set up... they had called my daughter’s phone so we never got a time for them to come. That was our fault because we didn’t think to check all phones. So another appointment was set up for them to finally come out and they told us between 8-10 am. We cleaned the whole house as they requested and got everything off the floor. Almost 11 o’clock and my husband finally called them and they had forgotten about us. My kids had their online classes that morning so it was very inconvenient. These people admitted to ghosting us (even though contract said they were supposed to come out 4 times that first month) and then tried to make up for it and still didn’t come through and admitted to forgetting about us. So unprofessional...a couple hundred down the drain. Don’t fall for their fancy equipment like how we did because all that don’t mean anything with their water down product and no shows. They made me feel like I’m in high school and they got what they wanted and ghost me and then forgot about me.

Best pest control in central valley. They can handle any size job and saul is very good at explaining any pest probablems you may have. Highly recommend them i had a terrible roache problem in my restraunt and he got rid of them quickly !
