Aaron did an awesome job! Even though it was 105 degrees outside, he took his time and made sure the job was done thoroughly and correctly. We really appreciate his hard work and attention to detail, especially in that heat. He did a great job with the bug spray!

I was greeted by Andrew with a smile, very polite , respectful, he introduced himself, i also loved that when i opened my door, after hearing the doorbell ring, he stepped back, instead of just standing in front of the door, safely first. I informed him on where my problem areas were and he simply responded with no worries ill take care of it. And he did. He did a wonderful job. Locked my gate after he was done. Informed me he was done. Overall very happy with his service. Thank you TruBug!

Tru bug specialist Aaron came out today to get my service starter. Aaron was extremely professional and positive even working in the over 100 temperature. Aaron took care of all the cobwebs and did the entire lawn, foundation and fence line then he moved inside and was like a ninja now you see me now you don't impressive tactics young sir . This company came to my door, promised to do more than my other pest control company. The guy came out to spray, he did not do what was promised. They gave me a credit toward the next service, I did not hear from them for 3 months, I contacted the sales guy after hours due to still having bugs inside and outside, no response until after I put in a request to cancel my account the following afternoon. They called me to get someone out to spray but this was after I already hired someone else. I proceeded to cancel my account and they charged me $200.00 cancellation fee. Do not use this company, they do not do what they say, their products do not work, and the lady who answers the phone was really short when cancelling.
