Dustin Pest Control

My experience with this company has been nothing short of excellent! I had gone through so many other pest control companies to try to deal with a rat infestation at my mother's house and I had just about given up until I found Dustin and especially Mike. I cannot say enough good things about Mike he goes above and beyond in every way. He has the best attention to detail I have ever seen and he truly cares. the technician came but since he ran out of chemicals, he advised me to just buy at the store and apply it myself. i pointed out to him that i’m not paying $78/bi-monthly for me to shoulder my own supplies and do it myself because, WHAT IS THE POINT I HIRED THEM? so he immediately tried to calm me down by stating that he’ll come back the next day, but it’s already been 3 days and he hasn’t come back yet. we have been a customer of them for 7 yrs now and they did a price increase just recently.

We have been using Dustin for a while now. I requested for service at a specific time so I could be home. They came early so I wasn’t here and my ring camera picked them up. I’m not sure how you can complete services in a backyard in 3 minutes- they were here a total of 7 minutes. I know it wasn’t done correctly and the women I spoke to on the phone was rude and dismissive. We canceled and had to pay for services that were clearly not done.
