the technician came but since he ran out of chemicals, he advised me to just buy at the store and apply it myself. i pointed out to him that i’m not paying $78/bi-monthly for me to shoulder my own supplies and do it myself because, WHAT IS THE POINT I HIRED THEM? so he immediately tried to calm me down by stating that he’ll come back the next day, but it’s already been 3 days and he hasn’t come back yet. we have been a customer of them for 7 yrs now and they did a price increase just recently.

Hello Soojinn. We do not approve of technicians telling customers to buy their own pesticides and apply them. I contacted Shawn before I moved back into my home the summer of 2024 because my prior renter left my home with a serious cockroach problem. Shawn & Alex sprayed inside and outside before I moved in and have been spraying monthly for about 8 months now. I can happily report that my home has been cockroach and bug free all these months. I've had an ant problem for years, but this year has been particularly terrible with the ants in the pantry, bedrooms, bathrooms - everywhere! We were able to get an appointment for Central Valley Pest Control to come spray the inside and outside of our home within a few days of us calling.
