We wasted so much money using this company. We've had spider problems in our home for months and months. We paid this company to spray numerous times and still kept encountering the spider problem and they tried to spray inside (which is a big no no). Then one month they charged us more after we complained that we still had a spider issue and had to come back to spray again. Even after this time, we still had a bug problem inside. We ended up switching to a different provider and all it took was one time around the house and we have had not had any issues. My only regret is that we did not switch to another company immediately after bad results. So much money wasted on them. They either need to retrain their pest control guys or double check the spray that they use. If I could give zero stars I would. Should have been refunded everything for all the money we wasted.

Amazing customer service, oops and no annual contract. What's not to like?

We had termite problem and was referred by mainly every friend I asked to Mister Sprayman. They sent a very knowledgeable person to do the inspection and he is conservative and we can tell he doesn't suggest the unnecessary things like some big companies do. The person answered the phone was so nice and polite. So we decided to get a precaution treatment around the house that no one even pushed. The technician came to do the job was so processional, detailed and awesome. He patiently answered all the questions we asked. He treated the indoor, drilled and opened the hole and closed and went to buy wood to recovered the board. The treatment around the house was done nicely. We could hardly notice where the holes were filled. He spent whole day to do a perfect job. We are so happy with all people work in this company. Now I have to call my friends to thank them for the referral.

I've been using Mr. Sprayman for 8 years. In that time only 2 or 3 times have I ever needed to request an additional visit due to ants, otherwise they've always called the night before they come out, and lik e clockwork keep my house free of everything but the occasional earwig. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for some great pest control service.
