I can’t speak to the quality of their pest control service because they never made it to our appointment. Our appointment was scheduled for 3:00 p.m., and we were told we would need to leave the house for about an hour during the treatment. We planned our afternoon around that. By 3:25 p.m. no one had arrived, and we hadn’t received any communication. My husband called to ask for an ETA and was told it would be another 1.5 hours. Unfortunately, that no longer worked with our schedule, so we canceled. I understand that delays happen, but I expected a phone call or text letting us know the technician was running significantly behind. Better communication would have made a big difference.

Hello, I am sorry for the miscommunication. You called us on a Sunday morning and we did say we could fit you in at the end of our day and we did say we thought it would be 3:00 or 4:00 PM but would call when on the way. You called us at 3:25 asking for an update and we told you it would be 45-60 minutes that is when you said that would not work and to cancel the appointment. We never would have said a firm time especially when we are fitting someone in for the same day and always give time ranges as we do multiple stops during the day and the nature of our services is unpredictable.

Started using Pest Protection Services 3 years ago when we had a major ant problem in our home. Daniel was able to get someone out to our house promptly, and we’ve been using them for our bi-monthly maintenance ever since. Very reliable and affordable services. Definitely recommend!

Had a big wasp issue; also was thinking of starting a new monthly service. Called around and researched several local exterminators. Pest Protection was responsive with a 16hr service call to take care of our wasps issue and start a new monthly service. Wasps are gone today, and hopefully for a long time. Although a little more expensive than some others, no absorbent startup fee, so it balances out over a year. Supporting our local companies. So far…great and friendly service
