pros-5 stars when you walk them around point and communicate, call back responses are great. cons-2 stars when you don't walk and point. You are lucky to get a 2min brush and quick squirt. The technicians are very hit and miss. You end doing more work clearing webs than they do.

Wow what a great service called about mice and they said have service guy in area. The owner was here in two hours saved the day set traps coming back to plug holes all I can say is wow.

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. The customer service is absolutely horrible. As a returning customer, I tried to schedule an appointment and was hung up on by a female representative. When I called back to try again, I was met with the same rude and unprofessional attitude. I even pointed it out to her, and she showed no concern whatsoever. Clearly, she was having a bad day, but that’s no excuse for treating customers this way. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. I’ll be taking my business to Echo Guard instead.

I am a very long standing client with over 25 years and this is my first review. I have been very fortunate to have had Jose come out all three times, first for my actual service interval and two follow up trouble calls. We have experienced ANT 🐜 issues and they have cropped up at different areas of our bathrooms and one bedroom. All visits were on time and Jose is extremely customer focused, listens well and explains what he sees and how he is going about how to service our pests control. I want to send you a great employee recognition for his professionalism. He clearly does an outstanding job and represents Discovery Pest control with his Professional nature!

Absolutely terrible service I still see bugs they only take 10 mins to do the job I switch to another company and they are amazing! They do the entire yard I am now with fast action pest control they are a way better local company!

Shady company. Changed online presence to Cleanguard to manipulate google reviews. Can't trust technicians to actually take the time to properly spray. I was home and 10 minutes tech left. Also office staff need customer service training.

Always responsive when I call. Great service for years.

I get service every 3 months - prior technician did an awesome job, checked to see if I wanted spray indoors or anything special. Now it’s a quick spray on porch and gone. Need to call office and “request” service..and bill isn’t payable online…

Had a tech come to my house he was very helpful by answering my questions. I belive his name was Mario. I also was happy to have Toni setup a helpful pricing email and she worked with me on scheduling a time that worked around my work at home hours.

Their driver on the road in old Brentwood was speeding on the street, racing around cars and cut me off on a merging road while I had two toddlers in my car. I'd never use a service that employs sick reckless people with absolute disregard for the safety of others..

We have been customers for 15+ years with regular monthly services and have been satisfied until they just increased the rate by 37% with no advance notice! Grant it, they have not incurred a cost increase since 2005 but that should not be at the fault of the consumer. Sadly, we have cancelled our account as they did not even bat an eye at our concern. Now we are in the market for a new service provider.

We always have good service from Discovery Pest Control technicians. Today Anthony G. came to our home and he was the BEST yet! Very thorough and professional.

They are the best control pest control around in this area. Technician ,Anthony Gordon was a knowledgable and professional in his job and very friendly.As this is our first service he explained everything to me as he proceeded.He always handled all pest problem at my home and i have not had any problems so far.I highly recommend Anthony and Discovery Bay Pest Control.

Quick qnd friendly service

Ive used them for years and been very happy. Great customer service and quality of pest services.

Have been with them many years. Have loved the techs and the person who was in the office for many years. The 1st point of contact should be more welcoming and friendly. Sad to see one person ruin many years of great service. But, somehow the new phone person is hard to talk to. Very dry. She does not sound like she is there to help, but rather make you feel like "why are you asking so many questions? It is what it is. Take it or leave it attitude" This is not the first time I have talked to the same person. It is probably the 5 time in the last many months. Always remember you are the expert in this field and when the customer inquires about something, your answer should be clear enough and convincing. Pests are not a fun thing to have.

Discovery Pest is awesome! We had them out two weeks ago to help get rid of ants and cockroaches, and they offered a free no trouble spray if the ants were still there. So they came back today and were so helpful. We had Cesar spray both times and he offered suggestions and even called his boss on the spot to see if there was anything else they could do for us because he felt bad that we were living with so many ants.

John was very helpful knowledgeable and displayed impeccable manners while servicing my sisters home. If I lived in Northern California I would not hesitate to use your service and request John!
