We had a local company that got bought by Terminix. They started raising rates without offering improvements. We had an infestation of ants inside. They said it would 1-2 months before they could come! So I fired them after I met with Alex. Blue Star was responsive and thorough. They found the source, the trails and the entry points. 1 visit and problem solved! Blue Star lets me know when they are coming, on their way and I know my house is protected! Highly recommend.

The very first time I called Alex, he explained everything in detail. His work. How it works and time frame of how long it takes. Other big corporations will not. As I've called many before him, and when I called Alex, I was blown away by his professionalism and attention to details that he provided me with. So I right away booked the 5 sessions with him and let me tell you I am very pleased and happy that I did! He came out and set traps. Yes traps forr these critters (spiders, ants, earwigs, etc.) I was skeptical at first because I have been led to belive from previous companies that "traps" don't work they say sprat, spray, he assured me it will work and it did.....imidietley I seen no ants in my house within 2 days time they were gone. I didn't treat the I side because at the time, there was no need to. Soo weeks passed and we where set to leave town in vacation for 3 weeks but we noticed lil critters in the house (my fat because I told Alex let's not worry about the inside yet) but we were noticing more n more soo we called him and asked if he could come out to treat the indoors as well and he did without no argument or fuss. Was he frustrated because it was last minute? Yes, probably, but he didn't display it. In fact, he was very nice and understanding of my situation and came right out the day before we were set to leave. Alex is one heck of a guy!
