If you are struggling with a rodent issue… THIS is the crew you want on the job! My infestation was one of the worst situations imaginable and every local pest company turned down the job. Matt at Delta Pest accepted the task with vigor and positivity. Three solid days of work securing my home! Matt and Diego went FAR beyond for me and did more than I even asked for. The standards of this company are of the highest quality you can find. They take each job very personally and that extra attention to detail is very rare to find these days! Jesse was very thorough and explaining what he was going to do and taking care of my concerns for spiders all over my yard. He was very professional and personable. I am pleased that I selected Delta. I especially like the reminders and ease of paying my bill.

I had previously called a pest control services to deal with a rat issue. I was not impressed. When the issue continued. So I called Delta pest control services. Matt came out for the inspection. He came out on time. I knew this was going to be a better experience. He was informative and thorough. The office was friendly and efficient with scheduling and reminders. The work was done in a timely manner. With explanations of each service on the order. The areas were left clean. Follow up appointment was made. And they guarantee their work. I highly recommend Delta Pest Control services.I will definitely refer to them if I ever have any pest issues again.

Not possible to give 5 stars yet as the initial treatment was yesterday, but I have no issues with the technician, Matt, who provided the service, and I believe he addressed all my concerns regarding bugs and the locations of their hideouts. So far, thank you Delta Pest!

I've recommended Delta to others as they've been wonderful the past year and a half we've used them, and the technicians are always attentive and great. I'm just frustrated and sad, as the guy who came two weeks ago completely ignored my request to not spray near or around my vegetable plants. The gentleman asked if I wanted the fence sprayed, I said it wasn't necessary and also specified the area I didn't want sprayed. Previously, Delta techs only sprayed the outer perimeter of the house and it worked fine keeping the bugs away. This time, after pointing out a problematic bug zone and the area to avoid, our entire back patio was copiously sprayed more than ever before. The top part of the fence above my plants, the bottom part of the fence that met the ground, up and down patio columns and the window sill with spray dripping onto our covered bbq. Couldn't really tell him to stop since I didn't feel comfortable opening the door while he was spraying. I just don't get it--the top and bottom of the fence in the back area of our house weren't sprayed, why the extreme focus on the one area I said to avoid? When he finished I was rather upset so my husband asked him about it. The tech said the spray wasn't toxic, then said he didn't directly spray the plants, then said all store-bought vegetables are sprayed, then asked "the plants weren't fruiting yet right?" Confusing, if the spray isn't bad what's the difference? The tomatoes were fruiting already, if I wanted bug spray on them I wouldn't be trying to grow my own organic produce. I flushed the soil but as I'm now harvesting tomatoes I'm hesitant to eat, it's difficult not to be upset and sad. Sorry for the low rating Delta Pest, you guys have been truly great up till now. I appreciate the thoroughness and we may consider you for our pest needs again but in the future, please ensure that your clients are respected and heard. Edit: Delta eventually reached out to us and offered a gift card for Lowe's in addition to not charging us for the recent pest service which wasn't necessary but sincerely much appreciated. Thank you for trying to make everything right!
