*Original review was my end result, but I'm updating it. The actual service was good prior to the communication failures. The owner is actually nice, and usually accommodating, which is sy ut surprised me that it ended this way. Hopefully, they've fine-tuned these inconsistencies since I was a customer.* Poor scheduling communication and when issues are brought to their attention, you are told what you want to hear with no follow through. Servicers showed up without notice or confirmation of appointments. Notice not sufficient for people who prefer to be home during service or need time to prepare the area, i.e., Move dog/children items. If scheduling becomes an issue, rather than contact you to resolve it, they cancel you completely and charge a higher fee to return. Bad business practices and communication within the company and between employees and customers.

They have employees that don’t care about human life and drive like maniacs in residential neighborhoods.

I have had this service for years. We’ve had 3 or 4 different technicians during these years and all of them have been awesome. They are very respectful of your time and your space. If you’re reading this to try and make a decision on trying this business out, you just need to do it. We have not one regret! I wish I knew the name of our current tech. He’s great! If his boss is reading this you need to give him a raise! He’s respectful, on time, friendly, Very mindful of our space and our belongings. His presence isn’t intrusive. If that makes sense. Sometimes it’s a struggle having repairmen etc. come into your space and they make it uncomfortable. This tech is very easygoing and my family has never felt uncomfortable with him around. Quite the opposite. He was at my house this morning April 27th and I’m over on Paradise Lane, Bentwood. Hopefully that lets you know who he is. 👍
