We would give a 10/10 if we could!! We have a family home on the river and have had trouble with spider webs for years. Another pest control company that we used for years could not keep the cobwebs under control. However, we found Rawls and it's been a gamechanger!! They are so affordable and attentive and we have ZERO cobwebs. We can't praise them enough!

I have done business with this company since I bought my house in 2019 and I will continue to do so because of their professionalism and timely responses. Things are well explained to me during the visits and there are no issues if I need to add additional services/inspections to my visit if time allows. Great great company!

Bought a house, lots of leaves. Fleas everywhere. I was breaking out in hives and my dogs were going nuts. Put in for an online quote at 11pm and they were at my house the next morning. Haven’t broke out since, got NexGuard for the dogs as well and not a flea in sight. Super fast and professional. It was raining too so they had to come back out the following Monday and treat outside. They even offer contract services which I strongly recommend in Arkansas with our humid and damp climate!

So far, I have had great customer service from the office and the on-site person spraying. The solution they spray is effective.

They were quick to respond to my call and even completed the service I was requesting the same day. The gentleman that completed the service was also very nice and professional.
