Eagle Pest Management - Heber Springs

I was looking through my home files and was wondering when my contracted termite inspection would be done on my house. I called Eagle Pest control and they told me an invoice had been sent to my home. I told them I hadn't received it. The receptionist on the phone said it was sent. I then asked if it would have been possible for them to call me regarding the inspection? She then said that was not their policy and the invoice had been sent. I again said I didn't receive as for the reason for the call. I then questioned the customer service in not getting a courtesy call. The next supervisor verified "they" were having trouble with the "mail" and I was not the only one who did not receive the invoice. She promptly said "they" are not responsible for the "mail." I then said a courtesy call would have been nice. Long story short, I had to catch their mistake or the mail's mistake and question the courtesy they don't show to customers. A simple I'm sorry you didn't receive the invoice, I will resend it would have been good enough. Instead, I got excuses and poor customer service. After calling back and forth with Eagle Pest control, they resent a bill to my home which proves the mail works. What was disheartening is they wrote past due on the bill instead of letting this issue drop. I would like to remind them, I called them regarding an inspection on my house as I had not received the "invoice" they said they had sent. Instead of, I'm sorry, we will resend, I received arguments, justifications as they tried to project the blame on me? Maybe they have so many big accounts they can afford to be difficult to individuals. I am disappointed as the majority of workers I have dealt with have been wonderful.
