I have had Hopper for over 40 years and they are a great company. They take care of any problems that come up and they have one young man, Zach, who is a very good employee. He goes above and beyond to do a great job, very polite and friendly and I even ask for him when they are coming to my house for spraying and inspections!

May 2025 horrible black ants. We had black ant invasion in every room but majority in the kitchen. Our home is very well kept no food out anywhere and no cabinets unkept. The tech said we did have a severe infestation and it may take two weeks to resolve, but the price included two treatments. First week there was about a 75% decrease. Second week it was 85% better. We treated again after the second week and we are 100% We are also seeing other bugs dead! Highly recommended.

We were very disappointed in our experience with Hopper. We had a technician come to our house to spray outdoors for ants and spiders. After I greeted him at the door he went over his treatment plan. But after I shut the door, he walked around the perimeter of our house once (without any equipment) then stood in our driveway and talked on the phone in our driveway for the next 20 minutes before he left. I’m certain he never treated our house but left a bill in our door. We’ve seen no improvement in our ant problem. Either he didn’t treat (which I think is the case), or his treatment wasn’t successful. Either way, it was a waste of $190.

Recently had a very negative experience with a couple of employees following an inspection. They showed up unannounced, rang the doorbell a few times, and while I was trying to put my dogs in the crate and answer the door, they helped themselves through the gate into my backyard, and were up on the deck taking pictures without any authorization! When I asked them what they were doing in my backyard, I was met with absolute unprofessionalism, rudeness, disrespect, and belligerent attitude. He bowed up to me and informed me they were going to start drilling into a very new stone patio we had installed to replace the rotten deck that was there. I asked them to exit the backyard and wait by the front door while I got my husband. Again, we were met with the flippant attitude, telling us they have had this contract since the house was built. (Which was irrelevant, as we had not been provided a copy, or been given the opportunity to review the terms.) We asked them to have their manager call us so we could discuss options. This never happened. Instead, the owner of the company sent a certified letter stating they were cancelling the contract due to refusal of service! From our perspective, the company supports this type of harassment and that is a bad business practice from which they cannot recover. Either the manager did not get an honest account about this unscheduled horrible visit, or the company supports this behavior. Based on the owner's response to cancel without contacting us, we believe it is more likely the latter. We do not do business with companies like this. Good riddance to the contract and don't ever step foot on my property again!

Have used Hopper for 12 years for my termite contract but not anymore! I moved from my home in Heber Springs 3 years and and called to get letter of clearance when selling my home. It was then that I found out my contract had expired last August of 2021. I told them I wish they would have called me and they said they probably did but usually send out notices in the mail. I asked them to reinstate and was told after new inspection that it would be close to $600 to get it retreated and get a clearance letter. I called back and canceled and found a local competitor that will save me around $150.00. I would not recommend Hopper Termite.

We have tried to contact you regarding this matter, so if you wish please give our office a call we will be glad to discuss it! In regards to not calling you we do try to make every effort to reach our customers before canceling. Our process is to send out a first notice, second notice and then we attempt to reach the customer by phone. We regret that none of these attempts reached you. I have looked into your account and see that we have reinstated your contract. However, it is not for close to $600.00, but for $400.00 plus tax. Therefore, we believe there was a misunderstanding.
