We were very disappointed in our experience with Hopper. We had a technician come to our house to spray outdoors for ants and spiders. After I greeted him at the door he went over his treatment plan. But after I shut the door, he walked around the perimeter of our house once (without any equipment) then stood in our driveway and talked on the phone in our driveway for the next 20 minutes before he left. I’m certain he never treated our house but left a bill in our door. We’ve seen no improvement
