Robert from plantation was very professional and worked creatively to try to get to a hard to reach wasp nest. Thankful for his great attitude.

Scam company. Do not use this company unless you want them to send you to collections while stealing your money. They auto renew your contract each year without asking you.They said its in the contract I signed? I never signed a contract. They Send out a service tech to perform the service that you didnt ask for. After about 3 months, they send you a past due notice with threats of sending your past due account to collections. Well, I never received a bill for the service they said they completed until 4 months posts inspection date. Now its over due, how so??? Do not use this company!!!!!

I’ve been with plantation for a couple of years, but this will be my last. They treated my house for inside pests less than two weeks ago and I called them today (May 8th, 2025) and told them I was not happy because I got ants less than two weeks ago and the technician came and said they charge for coming after hours and I told him I’m not happy at all and this would be my last. I mentioned that if it was done right in the first place we wouldn’t be having this discussion and he became upset. I would not recommend them

I never leave reviews but I would not recommend. I cancelled our contract last year after witnessing what they consider a termite inspection. We have a ring camera and the entire inspection took less than 60 sec and was $170. I received a call at work that it was time to schedule so planned on calling today to make sure they had taken us off their list. Instead someone shows up unannounced in my backyard. Around 11:20 someone rings my doorbell and gives me a call saying they want to set up a time to do the inspection and to give them a call back when I am home and able to set one up. I was outside playing with my son and didn’t have my phone to see it. Then 20 minutes later I hear a strange whistle and my dog goes on high alert, I grab my son as I hear someone walking in our yard and my dog goes ballistic. (Again had never seen the previous call). Go inside and see that he decided to just come do the inspection without any contact from me and without ringing my doorbell again or notifying me that he was in my fenced in yard. Then I walk to the front door to confront him and he’s ran off leaving a bill for $170 despite not even doing the inspection. With little kids I would just never want someone coming in my yard unannounced without any previous appointments or contact.

Been a customer for years, I find no reason to look for anyone else, Brandon was great as we just met the other day and the office staff are helpful, I've spoke to Joe and Wendy, they're always helpful.

The absolute worse pest control company I’ve ever had to deal with. Did the WDI inspection on my home before I bought it and 2 weeks later I found a wall full of carpenter ants. When I contacted them they agreed to cover treatment and repair cost. When I sent invoices they refused to pay anything.

Robert with Plantation is AMAZING and really knows how to take care of and be respectful of a house with pets. He takes the extra precautions that a homeowner really needs to ensure that your fur babies are safe. When he thought that my dog’s water bucket MIGHT have gotten some spray in it due to the windy conditions, HE took it upon himself to empty, rinse AND refill it to help keep my dog safe. He was also careful with the garden plants as well. I will forever be thankful for men like him that go the extra mile to ENSURE SAFETY. I am one happy homeowner and animal lover.

Ok company but the numbers just don’t make sense. We want to be nice and buy policy for the next owner and when we close the house we end up paying double the price (due to 100 transfer fee + whatever other fees). How about stopping policy early, asking for refund, and giving new owner credits to buy another one from another company? Transfer fee can be avoided and they probably have more work to do. Silly

I used this service. Found out later they only do ticks and fleas; which is not how the convo went on the phone. So there is no mosquito protection in their service. Also- the treatment didn't take care of the ticks. Got one just yesterday from my garden. It is VERY minimal- therefore not worth the $$. Also I am VERY annoyed they charge 3% to pay online. I don't mail checks. And every time I try to call them for an alternative solution no one answers the phone and the mailbox is full. I also tried to drop a check off to their location- which doesn't exist at the address given-therefore I consider this business unprofessional as well. I will not be using them again.

Friendly and helpful- great at explaining how the invaders work. We have regular service and got a special treatment for the brown recluse and gave a termite insurance policy. Had no idea of these options but they got 'em!

$169 bucks for two dudes to walk around my house for 5-10 minutes and leave a note that says "move wood from side of house." Great job guys, really feelin the value. Also, a hint to PPM, get an online pay feature. No one uses checks anymore.

I'm so thankful to plantation pest management! We had an emergency today in our Airbnb with termites swarming. They were able to come out same day and take care of everything. The two workers that showed up were extremely helpful and kind! We will definitely continue to use this company!

Been with this group for the last 4.5 years roughly, always had excellent service with calls and appointments that are setup ahead of time. Professional service and thorough inspections all while providing suggestions for ways to help prevent issues from happening.

Two years ago, we switched to Plantation Pest Management from another company I was not pleased with. Plantation Pest has been wonderful! Our technician (Joe is awesome!) is always very thorough and treats every room of my home with detail. When treating outdoors, he is careful to clear any leaves from the eaves of the house before treating. My previous provider was never as thorough or spent as much time indoors carefully reaching every indoor space. Thank you Plantation Pest! My home is bug free!

The gentlemen that came out were very professional and friendly and did a great job getting rid of my wasp, ant and spider problem. I haven't seen a bug since. Will be using them again.
