Good customer service and nice folks, but just didn’t deliver. I paid $250 for “mole control” Tech came out and put two traps out. Then it rained like 5 inches. Obviously weren’t going to catch/kill any with that much rain. Came out again- rained again over the weekend. Kind of bad luck on my part and the technicians. Tech came a total of 5 times. About $50 per trip and I know they couldn’t have been on my property for more than 30 minutes each time. Not giving zero stars because technically I know they can’t guarantee they’ll catch them. But spending $250 and basically getting no results is going to sting. Would have like to have seen one more attempt before being asked to pay again for continued service.

Shopping around for Termite service and got Jim on the phone. Had a big ole attitude and king dingaling complex from the start. He explained that for a first time inspection fee of just $99 and monthly installments of $40, I could get a wide array of services - from termite control to flea and tick treatments. I asked him if they had any other plans that just had a one-time payment for termite service only and he said no. I explained that my yearly service with another company was only $175 for termite control only. This was after he boasted that their prices were good and that I needed to check around - I wasn't going to find better. I'm sick and tired of these service companies trying to rope you in for more money. Like the optional insurance fee for electronic gadgets (which is useful for some accident prone people). Or the cable/streaming companies that offer you loads of content that you don't want, but you still have to pay $90/month just to get ESPN and access to the streaming app. It's bad enough when a tech from a certain company want's to charge you $1000 just to add a breaker to the fuse panel. I guess it's now spread to the Pest Control industry. Always trying to make more bucks. Enough is enough....

First impressions are important, and it sounds like we didn't do a great job explaining what makes our termite service different from our competitors. Rather than inspecting your home for damage once a year, our termite policy provides guaranteed termite prevention. It's definitely not the cheapest option, but we offer the best product on the market to keep your home protected from termites year-round. We charge a higher initial fee for the installation of our bait stations around the perimeter of the home, and the monthly fee covers the maintenance of the stations and keeps the termite policy active. Again, we apologize that this wasn't adequately explained, and we have addressed the customer service issue with our team. We wish you all the best and hope you find the perfect pest solution for your home.
I got an unfair quote. The same neighborhood, same size, without measuring or viewing, just looking at a map from somewhere, they said that the area is larger than the neighbor's and asked us to pay more. This is obviously very unprofessional! We have hardened both the side yard and the backyard, and there is not that much grass area, but they told us that our area is much larger than the neighbor next door. I want to know if this company does things this way? Very disappointed, it's just a random quote! I have to consider asking my neighbors to change companies!

Requested mole treatment. Assumed for the amount I was paying I was going to get more than just setting of traps and movement of traps. After last visit and no success trapping, the service was ended. I could have set and moved traps myself. I will say the technician's customer service was excellent, but for the actual service completed, I could have done all that myself and saved the money.
Usually when Natural State comes to service our home, they're helpful and thorough.. On this service call, I did think it was thoughtful that the tech offered to just treat the outside since my dogs were a bit stirred up inside that day. I let him know we'd been dealing with all kinds of spiders outside the house. He let me know he'd treat for our specific concerns and leave quietly so as to not get the dogs more rowled up than they already were. When my husband came home later, he asked if Natural State had shown up. I said yes they had come. He felt as though it looked as though nothing or very little had been done.. and he could still see spider webs along the outside of the house. So this tech visit was thoughtful but not thorough.

Been with this pest control service for 2 years but didn’t really see any improvement. Still spotted loads of spiders hanging around both outside and inside my house. Finally decided to switch to another company, hoping for better results.

Natural States was average at best, not good not bad with average pricing. The field techs were always very nice but the salesman over my account was unnecessarily rude on a call with me. I am the first to say the customer is NOT always right but he couldn’t even meet me half way on an apology.

Last year I called to have someone come out, due to the investigation of the Asian beetle. I was told they were not able to come out until 2 days later. I found that to be unacceptable. This is the reason for my rating. Being as the company is large enough to accommodate urgent requests from a customer who has paid up to a years worth of service.

We have a great experience with our technician every time! He is very polite, cares for our home and makes it a point to have a genuine conversation! We didn’t even receive 24 hour notice of our “scheduled by them” service date. Last week we got notice, I called to ask them to come after 12pm. No one called back to confirm. Then they showed up only to say they couldn’t service because of the snow. Why would they schedule it in the first place and why wouldn’t they call ahead to just let us know so I’m not waiting around all day for them. Scheduling and customer service from the office could definitely be improved.
