Editing due to a terrible experience and cancelled service and forgot to update. Stayed home to have house sprayed. Called because technician never showed up. He claimed he had showed up that morning and I said he never did. Watched him pull back up and sit in his truck on the road and log again that he spayed. I’m sure their service is fine but I do not appreciate the tech who ignored our no soliciting sign, started talking about how “your neighbor, Jeff, referred me to you” (we don’t know any Jeffs), ignored three requests from me to leave, got passive aggressive, then when my husband came out and told him to leave, stood his ground and argued some more. Parker and Thomas And Matt Nilsson were all wonderful. They answered my questions and were polite. But the seller said I could cancel and he lied. when I tried to cancel they said I could not. They need to point out that there is a cancelation fee in the contracts becuase the college students don't tell you that
