Love our experience with Alder! They are always so caring with our concerns and super punctual when we need a re-service.

We have now been customers for about 3years and are still very happy with their family customers service they provide. Their products are safe, for us and our animals (2dogs 1 cat) and their products work. This was maintenance service and Shawn still took the time to tell us and show us what he was treating.

Second annual inspection for termite bait stations, first year replaced 2 bait logs (of 25), this year none! Tech even researched and tried to help me diagnose a garage cabinet that's been breaking down (which we knew had nothing to do with termites), thanks!

Contacted 3 different companies to inquire about preventative termite measures. Alder was the quickest to respond, friendliest to interact with, and provided the most information to help me decide. In fact they were so professional and efficient with their responses I didn’t even bother trying to pull answers out of the other 2 companies that seemed disinterested. Installing the Sentricon bait system was quick, and I look forward to many years of business with Alder. I’m not sure how the pricing compares since I never made it that far with the others but I felt the price was reasonable and the service was excellent.

They have the best Customer service, Great communication can’t beat the discounts. They go above and beyond for their customers I appreciate them very much, They make it easy because I pay by the year and I don’t have to worry about it because they were always there to do their job

Never an unpleasant experience when our Alder Pest Technician comes to spray our home for pests. Hunter is courteous and thorough. He never fails to ask if we have noticed any insects in the house or around our home’s foundation.

Good people good service. We just mixed up about me wanting the service terminated. They resolved the issue. I’ve been with them several years.

If you have Christmas decorations on your porch be aware they will spray them. I have spent 30 minutes trying to scrub the spray off and ended up throwing some away. Oh and by the way he states he sprays mostly water should it shouldn’t be an issue on the decorations.

Because of an abundance of rainfall this year, the spray was not as affective. They have sent staff to spray and in fact they were here today. Wonderful service and Mr.Hunter has been kind and professional. Alder Pest Control is recommended.

The service person came to the door, said he would do the boat house first and then go around the house. He was here a total of 5 minutes and left without going anywhere near the house. We won't be using your services any longer.

As a new customer needing to replace the termite contract on my house, I was very pleased with my initial contact with the company and the immediate follow-up providing the information I needed. It was easy to make an appointment to start service and they arrived on time. A very friendly office and willing to answer all my questions. I'm pleased with their service and expect to maintain a contract with them in the future.
