Clay was punctual, knowledgeable and quick to get to work. He closed every door and/or gate he opened and was very methodical about his inspection and service work. I highly recommend him and Pest Detective if you have pest control needs.

i called them about a roach infestation in a rental unit, they came out promptly and within the next few days that was a drastic change and within a short time there were no roaches

Pest detectives have been coming to my house for a couple years now. They are very thorough and always checking where any bugs can get in the house. Clay is especially great at helping with any issues we’ve had with bugs and rodents. Would highly recommend!

Always friendly and thorough! They are prompt and always very kind when they visit. I do quarterly treatments and rarely see ANY bugs. Which living in an older home with doing kids is very impressive. Thankful for their services and highly recommend Pest Detective to anyone!

We have used Pest Detectives for over 6 months.. they are always prompt, respectful and very thorough. The receptionist always texts/calls to schedule our routine maintenance working around our chaotic schedules. I’ve been doing business with Pest Detective for about 3 years now. I cannot recommend them enough!! Adin was fantastic and so polite and helpful!! Had our first spray with The Pest Detective today and we’re so happy we chose them! Scheduling was super easy over the phone, which made everything stress-free. Jeb, our technician, was awesome. He even took his shoes off before coming in — I told him he didn’t have to, but he didn’t want to track in the grass. Super polite and thoughtful. He also explained how the treatments work and answered all my questions. Really informative and friendly. Highly recommend!

VERY impressed with Clay and The Pest Detective. I contacted him and within 30 minutes he had gotten back to me to set up time to visit the house for my free estimate the next day!! I saw results within 24 hours! THAT is what excellent customer service looks like!! He will be revisiting me in a week to make sure everything's going good. His payment terms are excellent. He is very personable and very knowledgeable and I predict this young man we'll go far with his business. He is a LOCAL business and that's important, as I like to spend my money locally. Hello Ashley, I am sorry that you had less than a 5 star experience. I hope you will reach out to me personally. 501.504.4506 . I cannot find you in our system that shows all our customers.
We had Pest Detective come out in June. We specifically said when setting up our appointment that we thought we had a brown recluse issue. When Pest Detective arrived we expected them to inspect the area to determine if we indeed had a brown recluse problem. We even had one of the spiders to show him. He instead just sprayed and didn’t inspect anything. We showed him the spider and he said he didn’t know if it was a brown recluse, but he took a picture of it and said he would contact his boss. We heard nothing back. We thought the attic was the main issue and said that but had to ask him to spray the attic because he didn’t. Now we paid for a this service and we still have these spiders in our home. I expected a knowledgeable pest service to be able to treat a problem like this, but it was a waste of money.

Sorry for less then 5 star experience. Typically we do a better job explaining how we take care of spiders. I teach our technicians to always assume that there are dangerous spiders within each home.<br>That’s why we do not always inspect for them because we are going to assume they are there and need to be killed to just be safe.<br><br>It is our goal to keep you and your family safe and would love for you to give me a call so I can take care of any issues.<br>501.504.4506<br><br>We wish you the best!!!
