Not a good company. Watch out for them over charging. Also was told they would come out on Saturday so I sat at home all day instead of being with family and friends. Called Monday and they said that they don't work on Saturdays. Seriously!? And the over charging? No. And I really really dislike putting this out there but I'd save the hassle and go with a larger company.

I would also like to clear up the matter with this statement.<br> <br>Our operating hours are Mon-Fri 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.<br><br>Our pest service contains one paid service and one free follow up which consists of whichever spraying or dusting or any other service we provide. <br> <br>On Aug 14, 2024, we came out and completed a service for you and that service was paid for that same date which we appreciate. Then on Aug 26, 2024, we completed a free follow up service. Sometimes the particular issue that is present takes a little more time to get rid of. Therefore, most pest company's offer pest control contracts which are as competitive as we can afford being a small family-owned Christian company as you mentioned in your review. Our cost for a One Time Service which was provided to you costs $135.00 + tax. A Monthly Service costs $50.00 + tax and a Quarterly Service cost $90.00 + tax. All services come with one free follow if a pest problem persists. With One Time Services the follow up must be used within 30 days of the initial service. With the Monthly and Quarterly Services, we also offer $25.00 + tax trips if the one free service does not cut it. Please give us a call so we can make this right with you.
