We have been using Central Arkansas Pest since we built in 2011. They have been promt, professional and have gone out of their way to take care of us. They are great to work with our schedule. We had a significant issue with scorpions, with their help (currently) are controlled. We have the best service techs, specially, Tommy & Will have been top notch! Also, the office staff have also gone out of their way to be helpful without overselling. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Central AR Pest is managing our annual termite control. They showed up and did what they said they'd do. They even had to leave due to rain and they rescheduled promptly, returned, and completed their job. They're locally owned, reasonably priced, very knowledgeable, and reliable!

I have been using CAPS for 4 years now. They have always been very kind, thorough, helpful and just all around great people to work with. Brad and Aaron especially have gone above and beyond for me in the last few months and I truly am grateful for them both. I will continue to use CAPS in the future with my next home purchase. Kenny was right on time for the termite inspection. He had a good attitude, very kind, friendly and professional. He was great at his job even my cat wanted to walk up & talk to him ! Also , when strangers come around , he usually doesn’t want to go near people that he doesn’t know. My pet is always very cautious of who he is around…. he knew he was a good person…..:)

Keith visited our home for yearly termite inspection. He was extremely polite, thorough with his work, and engaged in small talk conversation. We’ve never had a bad experience with this company, but Keith really stood out. If the owners read this, respectfully, he deserves a free lunch for the work ethic displayed.

David came out and explained everything to me and thoroughly inspected my place! He even rescheduled my appointment with me when I forgot about the first one. I highly recommend this company!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are always helpful and so responsive, even if I have an issue that happens apart from my quarterly treatment appointment. Most recently, I had a rodent problem and Daniel went absolutely above and beyond normal customer service. He made several visits and even came to help with lingering odor. Found Central Arkansas Pest Control last year when I was desperate to get rid of those huge nasty roach bugs in our new home. It’s an older home so I was told by multiple people that there’s really nothing you can do, no amount of pest control will really get rid of them. Called these guys up since they had pretty good reviews, and they have taken complete care of the problem. I can always tell when it’s time for the quarterly spray, because about a week before they call me to set up the next spray, I see a couple bugs but most of them are dead already. They come do their quarterly spray, and then I don’t see anymore until the next time. And as I said before, the ones I do see are dead. John is who does our sprays and he is extremely kind and professional. He always lets me know if I have any issues at all, just call and he will come take care of it. As long as we live in the area we will use their business and highly recommend to anyone needing pest control services. Thank you!!

Bad experience with this company. Needed inspection done promptly for closing on our house and they never showed. Then tried to blame me saying I wasn’t there. No accountability. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very disappointed. Paid a premium to have lawn treated for army worms. When I called to inform them the worms were back (prior to the 30 day guarantee), they started talking about a “re-visit” charge. When I mentioned the 30 guarantee, they said they would call me back. They didn’t. Despite all the good reviews, I can’t recommend them and my lawn is brown.
